You'd be better finding an AirBnB near by. The hotel is way overpriced for the quality it provides. Hotel would probably get a 3 star rating at best. It's just abusing its position in close proximity to other great facilities surrounding the mall.

I was there for the conference. So I tried their campfire bbq. It was awesome. Joel and Raju was working that night . I also tried smoke ceaser. Overall , it was great experience and people should visit this place . I stayed for 3 night . Visited water park and mall and it was great experience

260$ for a night and items weren’t probably cleaned( items left in fridge and personal item from previous guest left) The 50% discount on attractions was nice. Beds were comfy . Pillows were too soft . Stocked well with towels and such. Quiet and dark at night.

When you pay more than 300CAD per night, some things just hard to understand and to swallow: No breakfast included, it's something basic that you get in hotel where you spend 100$ a night. You operate the elevator with your room card, it stops only at your floor, so you can't go to another floor. Me and my parent were placed on the different floors so we couldn't visit each other during the stay. SPACE theme room has NO WINDOWS, it's really dark and the lights are dimm. Jacuzzi is pretty small, 2 TVs are nice but i would prefer a window instead . Roman theme room had a old analog thermostat that wasn't working, jacuzzi engine was broken as well. We spent 3 nights in this hotel, during last nights we had 4 false fire alarms, 2 of them during the night. on the next day staff pretended that nothing happened and no refund or other compensation were offered. Bottom line: this hotel is overpriced and doesn't worth the money in any way. …

I stay once or twice a year, I do like the location, especially the winter months. But the elevators need updating, between 10am to 11am it’s always a long wait due to check outs. Also this time seems like long waits for elevators was when ever I needed one. The price point is on the high side as well but I keep going back, after each trip I wonder why I spent 300 more for a weekend than I would have at a different hotel close to the mall, but I keep doing it so I guess I have a short memory.

A group of friends and I stayed one night as we were celebrating a bachelorette party. The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. It's the perfect location for all the fun a group of women could have in the mall.

This hotel is beyond compare. The theme rooms are so spectacular. Being directly in the mall is such a huge convenience. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Just an amazing experience for children, families and couples!!

Great stay at fantasy land. The pool was clean, Galaxy land was fun . The rec room was fun. Staff was good and friendly. Hotel was clean and the room we stayed was clean. The only issue was the tap in our room was loose, and thee coffee maker didnt work

We decided to stay at this hotel to give us a break in our travels, however the room was so nice and and the location gave us plenty to do between resting, we decided to stay an extra night and was really glad we did.

Kids enjoyed it, room was big and spacious enough. elevators were slow though and there was no fridge in the room. beds were a bit to soft for my liking but the rooms were clean and the decore was nice.
