Alondra by the Blanche pool was incredible. Very hospitable and incredibly with the magic tricks. Thank you for the laughs we appreciated it. I hope to see you again on my next trip to PV hopefully doing some casino games.

Alondra from Joy Squad was absolutely amazing. She and Alex honestly created the atmosphere while at Fiesta Mexicana on the beach. They had us dancing and laughing throughout the night…💕 high recommend. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at the Vidanta resort. The paths are so green and lovely to walk down. We especially enjoyed the Joy Squad at the main pool- Alondra, Allison and Arnulfo! They hosting games daily that our kids loved. They even remembered their names and gave our daughter balloons on our last day. I have gluten allergy and did struggle to find food to eat. I wish they had more gluten free options. Overall we highly enjoyed our trip

It’s a great place to unwind. Lovely pools and lots of activity. Good service and food plus cocktails. We enjoyed it a lot. The bars inside the pool are also fun. There are waiters who actually remember you from the previous years like Javier did. It was surprising to say the least since so many people visit. But it was very enjoyable.

The staff was very accommodating. Salvador was a great bartender at the pool bar!!! Plenty of family options. Local restaurants and bars within walking distance too. Great overall experience at the resort!!!

Very clean throughout the resort. Truly an opportunity to relax on vacation. Golf courses are well maintained. Play can be slow during midday. Salvador (bartender) at the Balche pool offers top not service. Keeps apprised of everyone’s needs.

We ate at Charcoal Quinto cuisine and Alberto was our waiter and he had great service and very friendly ! We stayed at Grand Luxxe tower 5 and had an amazing steak dinner with birthday surprise ! Great celebration!
