I was greeted by a friendly staff in this hotel near the movie theatre and a well kept Hotel. the rooms were decent but the bathroom vent fan constantly made weird sounds and the water drips from the shower head. they were small changes that can be made and over all the rooms were good for this price range hotel. One big improvement needs to be the breakfast because there was minimal choice.

I stayed at the standard for 6 months, 4 stars for the hotel but 10 stars for Rosanna, Raffaella and Riccardo, they made me feel at home! They are very nice people, pleasant and accommodatingand for me this is the first thing I look for when I stay far from home for a long time!

The rooms are typical for 3 stars hotel, but the staff is worm and very friendly. It's situated next to Cinema, two big commercial centers, few fast foods, a club and a restaurant which can help for any taste. I enjoy stay here with my colleagues quite very long time (few months), thanks to very friendly staff Rosanna & Rafaela who help us and guide us for all around surroundings touristic attractions. Best option for budget travelers and not only.

This hotel is in industrial-commercial suburbs of Udine. It is economy class option for budget traveler. I would recommend to folk passing by. Be prepared that breakfast is vague. However, rooms are large and clean.
