Not sure about "all inclusive", they have a full kitchen and fridge in the room with beers, water bottles and softdrinks. We took one can of coke and small bottle water for convienient, when we checked out they sent someone to check our fridge and they insisted we took some beers too, we tried to argue and the receptionist she looked at us like we were lying we were charged 145 pesos ($7.5). Next time we stay we will NOT even open the fridge and WILL take a picture before check out. So, my advice is don't take what's in the fridge. There's a small supermarket right around the hotel (2min walk). Save yourself some trouble when checking out! Hope this helps!
