Decoration of the room and the hotel was tight and clean, restaurant experience (Hotel Franz) as well. What stays with us the most is the friendlyness and pro-active approach of the staff. The waiter did not hesitate to suggest a wine for my dish, extra diet requests were taken care of and when we asked something at the reception: it was taken care of immediately. We want to return here someday. Keep it up!

This was a great hotel , it had a great location, and was very clean and staff were extremely helpful. Rooms with bright and modern with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend staying here.

I haven't been back to Italy for 3 years and unfortunately Hotel Franz, our hotel of choice, did not have the availability required. Hotel Trieste was a building site the previous time I saw it. Being a new hotel it has a lot of advantages having relatively fresh decoration and all of the facilities being new. We found our stay very comfortable. The staff were first class, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfasts. The parking was in a gated enclosure and not huge capacity - I could not use it one night but I was assured it was OK to park in the road to the front of the hotel. There is no dining capacity other than breakfast. Al Pellegrino was a good restaurant for evening meals a short walking distance. Not many restaurants within walking distance so I would suggest booking a table. Not much space outside but with the park next-door and the town square with a few bars across the road this is not a major issue. I will definitely consider using this hotel again…

A perfect Location (in Front of the Piazza), super nice staff and an amazing breakfast. I appreciated the love for details and the hygiene. On the top, I’m celiac and they had everything (bread gluten-free, ham, dessert etc) and a good knowledge about intolerances in general, so that I felt safe and free to eat without any problem. Thank you, we will return for sure! P.S: if you like good Pizza, go to “Il Pellegrino”, just a little walk far away.

I was a walk in, greeted by Maria, she realized I was struggling with Italian and immediately switched to English. Maria got me set up with a room and I stayed for 3 days. The place was spotless, very modern, and warm. There are many restaurants in the area and they lead me in the right direction to what I was looking for. The breakfast was wonderful! If I am ever back in Trieste, will will be staying at Ht Hotel Trieste!

Recently I stayed in the HT Hotel Trieste in downtown Gradisca, Friuli. The hotel is brand spanking new renovated with very comfortable rooms. I stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast is great, just ask what you like and they will make it. The lady at the reception during check in was very friendly and accomodating. Super nice place to stay. They have a jacuzzi on the roof terrace too.
