Everything was really very good! The hotel is nice, the room was very cosy, clean and convenient. The location is also very good, as it is near by the main street. The staff was really excellent. Very helpful and friendly, ready to help all the time. The breakfast was very tasty, everything was fresh and delicious. The menu of the hotel restaurant is really good and they also have the very nice millesimato (kind of prosecco). The swimming pool is quite big and there’s quite a lot of space around it, so you can stay a bit further away from the other guests. Grazie! Elegant hotel, comfortable room bed and comfortable pillows, bath and shower livable with a good shower head jet. The staff all courteous and available cozy motorcycles. The outdoor space with the large pool very well maintained and despite being in the city center c was all the privacy needed. Super sweet savory breakfast with a wide choice of tea sweet cereals and cold cuts, bacon eggs and fruit. Overall it exceeded expectations.

The hotel employs highly professional staff at reception as well as in the breakfast room and restaurant. Hotel is located in a central location and convenient to services, with a fabulous swimming pool with bar area and breakfasts directly by the pool. I was here with my partner whilst walking the Alpe Adria Trail and staying at a different accomodation every night. I didn't want to leave here. We had the most friendliest welcome from a lady who was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was amazing. It wasn't the most expensive of our trip but it was certainly the most luxurious and best value for money. We were upgraded to a room with a sauna, the largest shower I've ever been in, free mini bar of non-alcoholic drinks and a really comfortable bed. The breakfast variety was enormous and all delicious. The hotel had a pool but unfortunately we didn't have time to try it but it did make a lovely backdrop for breakfast. I would love to come back.

Having planned a short holiday on two wheels at the last minute, we found this modern structure, with a swimming pool (very well looked after) and a gym (I admit I'm lazy). The staff is always very kind and available to give advice (we often asked for bike itineraries, which among other things can be left safely in a locked room). Business style rooms, clean, with (obviously) TV, fridge and kettle. The breakfast is rich and plentiful, the possibility of having lunch by the pool (with a smaller menu compared to the evening), excellent drinks and dinner in the property restaurant, which offers a modern menu. Highly recommended as a starting point for cycle tourism and relaxation in the pool.

The hotel is very clean and the staff competent, friendly and helpful. The wellness area can be rented for €30 for 2 hours. During this time you are alone in the sauna, steam room and whirlpool. This area looks completely new. If you eat in the hotel, you will also receive excellent advice from young ladies and gentlemen. The food tastes excellent, but it is not exactly cheap.

My husband remembered this hotel having frequented it years ago for work, and wanted to try it again during one of our holidays, finding it even better if possible! Large room with all comforts including excellent bathrobes and slippers, and also pool towels and slippers. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The pleasant discovery was that of the restaurant, where not only did we taste delicious dishes, but we were well advised by the young sommelier on an Isonzo del Friuli that we did not know. All the staff are extremely friendly and professional, which makes the stay truly pleasant and encourages returns!

A very nice and well-kept hotel. In my opinion, the staff is an added star for their helpfulness, friendliness, always smiling and making you feel truly pampered. Even my non-standard requests were accepted without any difficulty. In a climate like this, even if there were unpleasant situations, they can be overcome without problems. Many compliments to the staff. The property has an excellent wellness center and a beautiful swimming pool with an outdoor garden that makes you feel good. The restaurant... let yourself be pampered by the Maitre who with suggestions and friendliness will take you on a true journey of flavours, obviously supported by an excellent chef who has a lot to say.

We have been staying in the Hotel Franz since several years now. We have been trying several rooms in the past and decided for the comfort room with garden view this time. The room and bathroom are modern. Unfortunately, the room is a little small and there is almost no possibility to place your clothes, despite some basic wardrobe. The hotel has a gym, but the pool in the garden and the sun loungers are the highlight, well maintained, clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, nice selection of fruits, homemade cakes, fruit juice, ham, cheese and cereals were available, we did not miss anything. We liked to take our breakfast outside on the terrace. The service members are all very friendly, attentive and multilingual.
