The mansion San Miguel was an enchanting and incredible experience for me and my wife. We enjoyed the tranquility of it all. Jorge was awesome making sure that we had everything we needed. He arranged transportation, made valuable recommendations to check out and food spots, and was always available. The room was spotless and charmingly decorated. The fresh fruit, sweet breads, yogurt, coffee, granola with coffee filled our bellies before a tour of the historical town. Of course the view from the rooftop lounge was beyond words.

We had the buffet breakfast and enjoyed the wonderful food. Be sure to look around at the art. I made the grievous mistake of not seeing the dessert area. It was fun looking around the building's interior. Great service, great food, and it was fun watching the rich people!

Once you enter the property, you might think you have been transported to another lifetime. Our host, Jorge, is accommodating, knowledgeable, and responsive to guests' needs and requests, as is Amaro, Jorge's trusted assistant. When Jorge is off, which we experienced, no one can help you. Language barrier or not. We thought our rug required cleaning, and the day we arrived, the floor in the bathroom needed attention. The location is excellent in that it is not in the fray and, therefore, less noisy than Centro as long as the neighbor dogs are not incessantly barking at every sound that only they can hear. Bring earplugs. Realizing this is a mixed bag of a review of this establishment; we cannot say you should avoid booking a night or two as it had a feel of authenticity not attainable at other, more exclusive options.

Super cute hotel with a center courtyard filled with beautiful trees and plants. Our room was clean, large and very comfortable. A continental breakfast was included, eggs, back etc were extra. The rooftop had a beautiful sitting area with spa. The view was stunning and included the cathedral. One thing to keep in mind is that they do not have an elevator. There are only stairs available and to note the hotel is one a steep hill. After dinners we took an Uber to the hotel instead of walking the steep hill It is this steep hill that allows for such a beautiful view.

We had a great stay at this hotel, and the friendly and helpful staff made it even better. The hotel is very charming, with great views of the city and less than half a mile from the city center (it is up a hill, but taxis are easy to get so not a big issue if you need one).

Wonderful bouquet Hotel! Small but so so charming. The roof view incredible with a courtyard that just makes one feel so relaxed. The staff is always there for you at any time day or night and always ready to help. Hidden on a corner up the hill but a close walk to the park and the center of town. Sun coming up or going down great view and even a great place to nap on the roof any time of the day. Once there you really don’t want to leave.

Wonderful accommodations in a great location. George, Tomas and Adrianna were attentive to our every request. So many comfortable areas to relax and upper terrace provided amazing views of the city. Would not hesitate staying here again in the future.
