Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff understand customer service perfectly, the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need and the food from the restaurant is top class. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to north wales.

I believe the answer, as most hotels and restaurants, is outside only. Check with hotel. I am only a very delighted guest.

Although some of the rooms are upstairs and there are no lifts, there are several rooms at ground floor level (more like studio type accommodation). There are ramps leading to the hotel but be aware of where you park as much... More
