Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. It was my first ever all inclusive, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I noticed that they were not skimping on food and drinks, which I thought was great. Also, the staff was very friendly. Believe it or not, some of my favorite moments on the property were speaking with the driver (Jeffrey) that takes around the property. He was a really friendly and down to ear person and very entertaining to be around. The concierge was also friendly and always did their best to make us happy. The beds were comfortable, showers were amazing, outlets were very available, especially easy for Americans since they’re the same. The juice was AMAZING, especially watermelon, and the food was good - you’re likely to find something that fits your tastes. Some cons that I didn’t like about the hotel is that they frequently missed some orders or got something wrong when I ordered room service. Not a big deal but don’t be surprised if that happens. Also, room service options are limited. If a lot of people have early morning excursions, you may not be able to get room service, which is disappointing. Another thing I didn’t enjoy was the bathroom situation. It was more “intimate” that I’d like, with nothing more that a opaque glass door separating it from the rest of the bathroom. It also didn’t have a fan. If you’re coming with a partner then I’d suggest coming to an agreement on how to protect each others’ privacy lol. One last gripe I had was that the location is far away from excursions, but a bonus is that it’s right next to the beach. I’m more of the excursion type, not the beach type but I can see how this wouldn’t be a problem for a lot of people. The drives weren’t that bad tbh, especially since we were driven by other companies who organized the excursions, but I thought I’d mention it. One more note. If you’re here for the alcohol then I heard from other guests that you want to get the star class upgrade, that way you get the top shelf stuff and access to private pools and all that. I wasn’t too bothered since it’s not really my thing but if that appeals to you, it’s worth looking into. I found myself recommending this place to people when I went home, so in summary that tells you what you need to know. Overall it was a really good experience and I’d do it again. Cost wise it was very fair, just don’t forget to bring a hat and/or sunscreen. Good luck planning your trip and have fun!…
Very fun and challenging activity! Organized by Jorge from fitness. Ronnie, Evelyn, Alex and DJ Emerson. 5 other tough competitors were competing with me as well, but I took the first prize home! Great resort and awesome bartenders! Definitely would recommend this resort!!
Jorge was an amazing gym instructor. Every class was super. He motivated us to push ourselves. His TRX class is amazing. Thank you Jorge!!! The hotel is great. Good food and super nice abs friendly staff

Had a wonderful time in the hotel, staff was very friendly. And the rooms are quite nice! I like working out even on vacation days, I was quite late to a class in the gym and missed it. However Jorge was super nice and pretty much gave me a personal class which was super fun! I would recommend every fitness class if you're into that, specially if Jorge is around.
