We love this place but it is a lil noisy when you decide to travel around Christmastime, this place is right across from the ferry terminal. Our breakfast at the hotel was tasty and different form the 4/5 days we were there. Staff was very friendly, helpful and hotel was very cle

The hotel is a four story hotel with no elevator and narrow stairs. It is directly across from the ferry port and is convenient to the downtown area. Playa Norte beach is walking distance from the hotel. Great restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. The best roo

This is our second stay at Hotel D'Gomar. The location is excellent as it is directly across from the ferry terminal. Playa Central & Norte are just a short stroll away. The town centre is two blocks away.
There is always someone at the front desk to help you. At night, the fron

The hotel is a clean budget hotel with a nice breakfast, although sometimes the breakfast was not warm. It is located across the street from the ferry so it is easy to get there, and is in a great location for beach and restaurants. However, there is no room safe, and no place to

It is right in front of the port on the main street, so it's quite noisey. Rooms are clean, but the building is disappointing. There is nothing really wrong in this place, but i think you can find something better in Isla mujeres for the price.

Are there safe boxes available in the lobby area? I know some places we've stayed in Puerto Vallarta didn't have in-room safes, but had a safe deposit box type area behind the front desk that you could keep your passport and stuff in.
Is there a hair dryer in the rooms?

hey there. Is there a kitcheonette with the rooms? Did you have a view or balcony? What did you pay per night and when did you go? We are two mid-aged girlfriends hoping to stay there in March/FEbruary. I want to dive, my friend wants to hit the beach and read. would it be suitable do you think? Is it pricey to eat out on the island? How much was the ferry ride across? I would appreciate any handy tips you could give us. Thanks.!
Do the rooms have safes in them?
no, unfortunately

OMG..... do you really have to use a bucket for thrownibg out your used toliet paper?????
Yes, you do that anywhere on the island, because of their sewage system. It's not big deal, just takes a day or so to get used to. It is a small price to pay to stay on paradise!

"book room 104 or 204"
"First floor rooms (second floor) are the best if you have difficulty with stairs."
"King bedrooms are more spacious. Double rooms have 2 small double beds and not much space to move around in."
"Ask if the builders have finished working on the roof. If they haven't you won't be sleeping past 9am."
"If you stay in a room on the first floor close to the breakfast area you could probably get wifi in your room."
