I cannot rave enough about this resort! The rooms were fantastic, the food was amazing, the staff…incredible!! Every time I looked around, someone’s cleaning or checking on us to make sure we’re all ok. Our 2nd day, they called the room just to make sure all was well and that we were comfortable. My favorite staff member was Samuel at the pool bar! He always remembered us by name and was always so pleasant to work with. Thank you so much Samuel, and the rest of the resort’s staff; my friends and I were extremely pleased!

Beautiful resort with great beach access. Beds were a little uncomfortable but overall rooms were very clean and ammenable. Cannot say enough positive things about the staff here, above and beyond and so friendly and kind. Can’t wait to come back to Isla!

The staff is wonderful and inviting. They keep the place clean and safe. Thank you Samuel the Superman and Efrain enjoyed you each day at the pool! Highly recommend this stay. They are very Covid aware and make sure masks are worn inside for everyone’s safety.

We stayed from Jan 3, 2022 through Jan 12, 2022 in room 432 facing the pool and with a lovely few of the ocean. Our room was a one bedroom with living room, dining room, kitchenette with a huge balcony. Our trip was only to be 3 days and then we tested positive for Covid (double vaxxed, boosted) the night before going home. PA took care of us without a second thought. Although we had to quarantine, staff made sure that we didn't go without with quick room service and offers to get us whatever we needed. **The CDC was in the process of changing wording and requirements in order to re-enter the US and after five days with no symptoms we were considered not contagious. If was a relief to know that we had a place to stay and wouldn't be put out to the street or left to our own devices (as we heard of others at different establishments). The beach was beautiful and clean, the staff is SO WELL trained, the restaurants are fine dining and we can't say enough about them. Isla Mujeres is a sleepy little island and this resort is not a 'party-hearty' blow out type of establishment. In the late afternoon, laughter filled the air from the pool bar but I never found it intrusive. This resort is 18 and up, filled with all types of interesting and lovely people from around the globe. It's definitely for the young and the young at heart! Don't balk at the price - it's worth it 100%!

I would give 6 out of 5 stars. We had a wonderful stay at PA this week. Right from check in with Jesus, we knew we were going to have a great stay. Jesus did an excellent job on check in and all week long. A true professional and great guy. The entire staff was wonderful. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything in Playa Norte. The beach is a very short walk from the hotel. The beach is gorgeous. The Playa Norte Beach Club is also excellent. Great service and drinks. Nehemiah was the main bartender who took care of us all week long, for breakfast and cocktails during the day. We ate breakfast at the beach club almost every day. We had a table overlooking the beach and the Caribbean Sea. This is the right way to do vacation. The breakfast was always delicious and they were very flexible on the menu. We were not on the all inclusive plan, but breakfast was included in our reservation package. The hotel pools were very nice with a swim up bar. These bartenders were not as nice as the beach club bartenders… More training needed. The hotel did set up our golf cart rental. This was a little more expensive versus us going direct to a golf cart rental company, but it was very convenient upon check-in and checkout. We paid ~$80 USD per day for a weekly rate. Jamie was very helpful. Golf cart parking is on the street. Make sure you lock up your golf cart at night. Bring bungee cords to secure bags and things. The hotel rooms were very nice. The beds were excellent. We had a walk in shower that had a door that opens to the patio. This was very cool. Bring a power strip so you can plug-in more of your electronics. There are very few electric outlets. Our patio had a good view of the beach. This was room 444. Fourth floor. Our TV had the NFL Network, but the sound did not work. We were here doing the NFL week 17. So we have to watch to make sure our fantasy teams had the right lineups… We made sure our room did not overlook the cemetery. Hint. We had a great couples massage at the spa. Book this in advance it is worthwhile. Very friendly manager and staff. The hotel did a great job setting up our Covid test for our return to the US. The medical person actually came to our room to swab our nose. We received our test results by 8 o’clock that night. This was a six hour turnaround! Be sure to visit JAX Bar and Grill across the street. Great food and drink. It is also a great sports bar with plenty of TV to watch all sporting events. Taxi ride or bike cart to and from the Ultramar Ferry Port should be $5 USD /$80-100 pesos. In general our vacation here was one of the best ever. We get away on vacation three or four times a year and this hotel was one of the best. We will be back. Enjoy!!!
