This is the third time we've stayed here. Hotel is centrally located, yet quiet. Staff is outstanding. Sintha takes the best care of all the customers here. Clean. Lovely pool area. Great breakfast buffet that starts early for divers needing to get to their dive boats. Would highly recommend and will be staying there again in the future 🇲🇽!
Nice hotel, accommodations in room good. Pool was too hot. I mean hot, hot. Breakfast is okay and a nice option. Great location, you can walk to most everything. Hotel has good ocean views. Friendly and helpful staff
If you like watching cruise ships come and go, this centrally located hotel at Port Langosto (Downtown) Cozumel next to everything, is your choice. Sweet friendly helpful staff. Bicycles are welcome here too. Facility is nice, clean, modern and resembles a cruise ship in its Mayan design. Breakfast daily included new local favorites cooked to order, omelets, waffle, fruits, juices and plenty of coffee. YUMMY Good value for the money. Pool deck, relaxation and mingling lobby, bar and many other services, very nice
Nice hotel, the room was clean and quiet. We had a city view room, facing backside of the hotel. Very nice. All the staff was helpful and polite. Sinthia is an exceptional breakfast staff member, so pleasant every morning, and busy taking care of the guests. We hope she's there when we come back! The food from the buffet was good, if anything it could be a little hotter.
Nice hotel, great service special Sinthia on the breakfast. Fair price and all team are very helpful. Good location, about 10 min walk from downtown/ferry boat. Spacious rooms, pretty clean. In front of the sea but no beach. I’d rate it 3+ star
I stayed here when my fight to Miami was canceled and I needed to catch my cruise ship in Cozumel. I walked in and asked for a room for two days. The person at the front desk said it would be $80 per night. I even verified "so $160 US for two nights total?" and was answered with a yes. I paid for the room and went about my business. Went to some nice little bars and called it a night. The room was pretty dated, but it was clean. The mini fridge didn't work and there were only Spanish channels on TV, but that’s ok. The balcony overlooked a side street and there was a big white wall with graffiti on it. The bartender was very nice. In fact all of the people working there were very nice. The problem arose the next day. After a long day adventuring out to Playa Del Carmen and doing tourist things, I went to go into my room only to find it was locked. I went to the front desk and was told I needed to pay another $160 dollars and that the first payment was for only one day. I felt like I was being swindled. All of my stuff was in my room and I was being asked for double what I agreed to pay. I would up paying $120 for the second night because I felt I had no choice. I would never have paid $160 for the dated room with the view of a side street and graffiti when I would have stayed at the Westin for like $200. I plan to investigate whether there is a department of tourism or some other government agency where I can report this and see if I can recoup some or all of my money. Maybe just report it to the police if all else fails. I fell like I was “done dirty” by them swindling. If you must stay here, please be aware and get everything in writing with a signature. I personally still would not do it. As far as other details go, the breakfast was ok. The lobby was nice for what it was. The pool is small but ok. It’s an $80 hotel, but not anything more. I wish I had pictures of the room itself but I don't. See the pics of the view from the room and the pool and lobby.…
Great helpful staff, very clean and comfortable. Better than expected stay! I liked that the curtains darkened the room well and I enjoyed the breakfast. Also they were helpful with our special little requests.
We stayed here for one night before going to the resort that we had booked. The hotel is in a great location, in close proximity to restaurants, souvenir shops and the Mega store. Check-in was very fast and the service was excellent. The breakfast that was included was delicious. Our room was okay. We had a room that overlooked one of the side streets, although we could see the sea if we looked out to our right when we stood on our balcony. Our only complaint really was that we had an adjoining room and we could hear everything next door, including the arguing. We would definitely stay here again, although I would probably pay the extra money for an oceanfront room the next time.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We had an ocean view room with an exterior balcony. The non-ocean view rooms have a balcony that faces inward from what I could see. The property was clean, the employees were friendly & efficient. We wanted to book a last-minute excursion and all 3 of the people at the front desk were immediately on the phone trying to accommodate us. This hotel is almost directly across from Punta Langosta pier, downtown. One or two ships would dock each day. The ships do not block your view by any means and it's kinda fun watching them and the people come and go. There is no access to the water nearby. The pool is very small and VERY warm with a nice sitting area that overlooks the street. I read reviews that the higher levels had less noise in the mornings but we were on the fourth floor & it was very loud when they started getting ready for the breakfast crowd. I think it's unavoidable! The (free) breakfast was very good with assorted juices, fruit & yogurt, omelets made to order, and other breakfast staples. There are many restaurants & shopping options within walking distance. Taxis are always stacked up right outside given the cruise port. Ferry port is a few blocks north, within walking distance. Overall our stay was fantastic!…
I have stayed here on many occasions over the past 20 years- including when I arrive a day or 2 early before my condo is available . It is utterly spotless, they have long term staff, a lovely lounge and truly the best breakfast in town - all for a great price. I am next on the Island in Feb and April and look forward to using CM to get settled and rested before heading to my place out of town down the island . It is located on the Main Street so if you want to pay a bit more for water view that's great - all rooms have balconies
