Great place to relax, away from the city in a quiet country club environment just steps away from a private beach. It a house, home - very friendly atmosphere and easy to meet other travelers. Cooking facilities - great kitchen to work in - free coffee, purified water / we recommend bring some food with you for breakfast etc. We provide excelled food delivery service for a good price, if you don't wanna cook. There is 2 restaurants which provides breakfast/lunch/dinner, open from 9am to 5 pm, 12 min. Beach walk from us. Private pool, free beach towels,wi/fi, Free island map, tour/dive/kite surf information and more - everything you need is here - Location - we are 3 miles north of Cozumel downtown and a few steps from the best white sand beaches (note: there are no beaches in down town Cozumel, you must travel. Look at the maps.) We recommend to rent a scooter or car in Cozumel. We can help you with that. We get always the best deal for you, just ask. 4 rooms - spacious - each with own bathroom - (no a/c) ceiling fans throughout and fully insect screened, hot water. Services - excellent scuba instructor adolfo - learn how to dive with us Best kite surf conditions on our beach (nov-april). We know all the experts. The Beachouse can organize all activities, like diving, fishing, kite, paddle board, horse back riding and more. Lastly....we make this place awesome for anyone who is coming to cozumel! Cu soon.

Equipment stolen. Adolfo Sanguino said they would pay for it and never did. Took him two weeks to make the police report. By that time I'm sure our stuff was off the island. Many times promises were broken for payments for the equipment. Followed up with the police. For many reasons too complex to get into here, I believe Adolfo Sanguino himself stole the equipment.

Had a great time. People here were awesome. If you’re down this way, stop here. Everyone was kind, hospitable, and treated us well. The tourists were the most irritating lol. Cab service was cheap also.

We stayed at a different resort which recommended Adolfo as a dive master. We spent 3 days diving with Adolfo and Hector and could not have asked for a better experience. Adolfo is animated and fun with a good knowledge of local culture and ecosystems. Hector seemed to know exactly where each eel lived in the reefs. Our dives included the Santa Rosa Wall, Playancar Gardens, Delila, and Punta Tunich. We saw every feature we came for and had an intimate diving experience with a small group and sometimes private dives. We would definitely recommend diving with Adolfo and his team wherever you are staying in Cozumel.

This was our second time staying with Tina and Adolfo; they made us feel just like family. The house is located within walking distance to beautiful beaches, beach clubs, restaurants and a short drive to the Cozumel Airport. We like staying there because it is away from the busy cruise ships. We also got our Advance Scuba Diver Certification with Adolfo. We had 5 great dives: a navigation dive, a deep dive, a fun dive with many different fish, turtles and coral, a sunken ship dive, and the most exciting twilight night dive. Thanks again! We will see you soon!

Tina is simply outstanding. She knows where to go, what to do, where to eat and what to see. If you need something arranged like a scooter, done. If you need a scuba trip organized, done. I'd consider this more of a B&B than a hostel, honestly. The rooms are huge (my room had its own bath, walk in closet and was gigantic). The property is a little off the beaten path, which is nice considering the cruise ship infested centro of Cozumel. I coudn't be happier that I stayed here and even more so that I met Tina, she is truly one of the most incredibly kind and welcoming people I've ever met on my journeys. I can't recommend this place more!!!

It's the calmest place in the world. Private entrance to the beach, quite area of Country club and absolutely wonderful hosts. There is also a cute "bay" where you can do snorkeling with a lot of different fish species. We were also practicing metal detecting. That was fun :) Thank you for the wonderful holidays!

Really great place, lovely clean rooms. Tina and Aldofo couldn't have been more helpful I highly recommend. we went on a couple of dive trips that Adolfo organised which were great and Tina gave us some great tips on what to do and where to go on the island

Had an amazing stay here and would recommend to anybody coming to the island. Tina gave us a really warm welcome and all the local knowledge we needed to enjoy Cozumel. She even let me join in a private yoga class she was having at the Beachouse. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had use of the kitchen which was really handy for making breakfast etc, she even let us borrow a cooler to keep our beer cold whilst driving around. Aldolfo organized a diving trip which was fantastic. The accommodation would be suitable for everyone, solo, families and couples.Thank you for a brilliant stay!

We had a lovely time, staying at Tina and Adolfo's Hostel. Everything we needed and could have asked for was there and our expectations were exceeded. The atmosphere is really relaxed and calm so that you really feel like staying at home outside your usual home. We could not recommend this place more to everyone who is looking to stay in the quieter parts of Cozumel (the more busy center of Cozumel is easily reached by scooter). Enjoy your stay at Beachouse Dive Hostel Cozumel!!

Me and my husband really enjoyed staying at the Beachhouse. It is great place if you want to relax and stay away from the city noise. Beach is just few steps ahead.Also it is not a problem to get to the city center. Taxi stop is nearby. House is very clean and rooms are really cozy. You have access to the kitchen and swimming pool. Tina is fantastic and helpful host. Adolfo will organize you boat and diving trips. They are really great and you can always count on them. Thank you Guys for a fantastic stay! Tom & Anna
