My late checked out request was denied even me and husband are both a Diamond member. I asked a late check out at least 2:30 since our plane will not leave until 5pm but was denied. My feet got caught on the chair in lobby and I stumble and fell on the ground,the Frontdesk see me and just look at me laying in the ground. The guy in the Frontdesk never asked me if I am fine nor help me to get up. I had a big bruise on my right leg and in my arm from the fell. This was happen on the day we check out in the hotel, it was terrible experienced I had and was very embarrassed because a lot of people in the lobby seen me fell and one of the guest asked me if I am okay. I’m sad that not even one of the staff asked if I am needing an assistance because I totally hurt myself and bleed my arm, your staff could’ve been nice if he offered some help instead he just look at me and do nothing! I will never come back in this hotel again nor recommend to my friends!!!!!

What an incredible vacation our group of 14 enjoyed together at this brand new hotel. The service is impeccable and the resort is gorgeous. Unfortunately we went on a rainy weekend but that didn’t affect the fabulous time had by all. We can’t wait to go back! A very quick and easy trip from the airport and then the fun began. Check in was smooth and guests receive a cool bracelet which is your room key and all you need to have for the remainder of your vacation. The food and drinks served were better than any of us expected at an all inclusive hotel. Ocean views from every restaurant and bar. The decor of the hotel is amazing - many beautiful seating areas to enjoy throughout the resort. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples, families, large groups, anyone looking for a vacation spot to unwind and enjoy beauty all around.

An amazing hotel with great food, great drink and amazing staff. Having travelled all around the world this is by far the best all inclusive outside of Europe and we will be returning. We had a 5 month old when we went and a 4 year old and everything was easy from the kids club to the lovely pools.

4 friends for over 30 years, celebrating together. La Luce was the perfect place to gather. The food was delicious - everything we had was perfect. Especially recommend the pasta with bolognese and the beef carpaccio. Along with the exceptional food, we have to mention the service. Our waiters, Humberto and Fransisco were attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. And so so funny. It was evident that they really cared about doing a good job and taking care of guests. One of our friends requested Limoncello after dinner, which they were out of. They went outside of the restaurant to get it for her - without us even asking. Make sure you visit this restaurant and ask for Humberto and Francisco - they made a great meal exceptional.

Staff was great and the resort itself is brand new, clean and very easy to get around. We stayed with our family for four days and then another 3 with my work and all 7 days we had great experiences. For an all inclusive the food is solid
