Clean, modern boutique hotel. The best place inside the hotel is Teraza and what makes it special is chef Luis and Manager Gustavo and also Caroline. They make you welcome, go out of their way to make you feel that you are a specially treated guest and provide you with the best food. Bravo and thank you .
I’m sitting at the moon pool as we wait for our transportation service back to the airport. My husband and I had an amazing time on this trip. We’ve been to quite a few all-inclusives in the area and this one is top notch! Salvatore our day butler was amazing! He reminded us of our schedule each day and was able to help us with each request we had. He was amazing! The room was comfortable and nice! We did get bath salts, handmade soaps, different pillow choices, and aromatherapy. Make sure you download the app!!! The service at both the sun and the moon pools were great! Make sure to get down early to reserve space at the sun pool. It goes quick! The moon pool was pretty much dead. We loved having our own bar and pool. The food was good. We made reservations in advance which seemed to help us get the times and places we wanted to try. Italian - pasta was so good and my husband loved his squid ink pasta. French - my husband said it was the best cooked piece of fish he has ever had. Trezzara - we loved their sit down breakfast and lunch. I also really enjoyed my steak dinner. Yama - best dinner of the entire trip! The atmosphere and food was awesome! Most of our dinners lasted about an hour and a half as we did not want to rushed. We never felt rushed or pressured to eat quickly. My husband and I did the hydrotherapy twice. It was awesome! I can’t believe it’s complimentary. You do need to schedule these appointments with your butler. The gym was never crowded. I enjoyed an Aqua cycling class! The berry margaritas and the bumble bee shots were amazing! Bring tons of sunscreen!!! The sun is strong! Great trip! Thank you so the genuine top-notch staff for a great, relaxing, fun vacation. When we booked our room the hotel policy was a full refund if we canceled. We canceled four weeks in advance. The reservation was through Expedia who sent us an email letting us know we would be receiving a full refund from the hotel. After four months Expedia let us know the hotel is denying our refund with no reason given. The hotel has stolen $690 from us. It might be a nice property but very shady. I wonder if I’ll get a response from management saying they are sorry for the misunderstanding and are looking into it. If I do I know exactly what that’s worth.
We’ve been here for 3 days now and it’s been a pampering experience with best service. Everyone is so attentive and caring, the butler on each floor is always there for you asking if they can help. We’ve been to many all inclusive in Cancun, Cabo, Punta Cana. This is hands down the best. The property is well maintained and very relaxing. Rooms are great. We had the honeymoon room with jacuzzi facing the ocean. Great way to unwind. Food Breakfast and lunch buffet are great Italian restaurant was very good Japanese restaurant was not impressive. We are from California and might be spoiled but the fish was not sashimi grade fresh. Ramen was bad. The grilled wagyu was not good. Gyoza was good. Trying French restaurant tonight. You won’t regret it.
Great experience at Le Blanc. From checkin with welcome coconut drink and cool towel and personal check in desk, Le Blanc off to great start. Our suite with oversized hot tub, Oceanview spacious feel was spotless. Service was spot on. Dining was wonderful. 6 course French restaurant (including a seperate bread course!) was excellent. Raphael, our beach cabana attendant, was so fabulous!! Our Covid testing appointment to be set up was handled by JEHA, the most charming and thoughtful woman. Her ability and personality is a huge plus. All went so well. Would recommend Le Blanc and will be back.
