Reception was not a pleasant experience, staff rude and unhelpful probably more from lack of english but attitude a was not friendly. There is no restaurant and only breakfast? Didn't have breakfast. Priceline ad says airport shuttle but there is none. There was no water in the room/shower in the morning until I checked out so when I left it was like getting released from jail.
We stayed at the hotel for a week, our 3rd floor room was very adequate, we had a balcony facing the pool. The 7 night stay was just over $600 CDN which was an excellent price. Public transit is only one block away and there are many good restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We found a laundry service just a 3 minute walk away which was very convenient, and only 80 pesos for a load of laundry (wash and fold service). A barber shop (Mr. Barber) is only a two minute walk away and an unbelievable low price which included a shampoo and shoulder message. The hotel is in a quiet location, there is a roof top pool on the 2nd floor above the lobby as well as the larger main pool and hot tub. There is a small bar on site, and an ice machine near the pool. Staff was very helpful even though English isn’t one of their strong points. There are no English channels on their TV service, but most bars and restaurants nearby have many TV programs where you can go out and enjoy sports in the evenings. I will certainly stay at this Quality Inn on my next visit to Mazatlan.…
I'm beginning to think of the Quality Inn in Mazatlan as my home away from home! The staff is welcoming and helpful, the breakfast buffet is included, my room is clean and comfortable. Wifi is included and dependable. I am staying in the Quality Inn as I type this! Yesterday, they brought me a plate with chocolate covered strawberries and a custard and fruit tart on a plate with Bienvenido written in chocolate. Lovely! Because I am in the middle of major reconstructive dentistry following an accident, my diet is limited. They brought a small fridge to my room so I can store yogurt, etc. This is my 4th stay here in 6 months. I was here for 3 weeks last time and will be here for 2 weeks this time. I plan on coming back in early May for another 2 weeks. It's a nice quiet hotel in the Golden Zone, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There are 2 pools and a fitness room. What more does one need? I love it here! Thank you, Quality Inn!…
Good, but they need to replace their towels. The staff were great. We swam in their roof top pool and had easy access to the beach and the Malecon.A nice buffet breakfast was served . There is secure parking.
This quality inn was beautiful! A great experience and the view is spectacular. We like to stay at choice properties so this was definitely a good choice. Lots to do in the area and we had a great time! Will be back.
