We were not sure about going to Acapulco but after our 2 week stay we know that we will return for a much longer stay in 2020. We enjoyed ever part of Acapulco and found the people very happy to help us. In the office Norma was a huge help to us and we give her our thanks. Our

We already knew the hotel was not great based on the reviews so our expectations were very low. We just needed a room for the night so we could sleep and shower. The problems started right when it began to rain since there were water leaks in both rooms we were offered. The

The staff is minimum polite. The buffet is overpriced, crowded, and noisy. The beach access is closed at 6pm and the pool at 7pm. Don't expect to be able to pay for the room only even if your guests fit the number the room can hold, they charge per person. The pool does not

The room was on the 12th floor BUT THE ELEVATOR ONLY GOES TO THE 11TH, so you have to take a short flight of stairs. This wouldn't be an issue if it hadn't been a family vacation. We have a 1-yr old boy, so carrying the stroller through the very narrow stairs was quite a hassle.
