I checked in at 11 pm and scheduled for a late check out and the person at reception was very nice and said I could stay until 3pm, the next day the staff told me I had to leave before 1pm. The lady was rude and not willing to listen to me, she said I need your room because there was a higher demand that day.

Nice hotel I could stay again if I needed it pretty close to everything only thing I didn't like was the pillows that where to hard other than that room was pretty big and clean and the check in was around 3:30 pm so I was expecting the room before that time

Fiesta Inn is a brand that I use to find as pretty good hotels for the price. But my experience in this one was not a good one. First, the check in process was really slow and I had to repeat my information because something happened with the system. Then I had to go down again and correct my name because I got an email with my billing info and it was wrong. The hotel does not have a safety deposit box for the computer in the room (as most business hotels do). I used the "do not disturb sign" and still got a knock on my door from housekeeping saying they were just checking. If you are staying here, buy bottled water, because you only get one bottle in your room. I believe a hotel should focus on the details and this one just isn't doing this.

The hotel rooms were very clean but not updated. Would have loved to have seen more security in the parking lot, in the lobbies and in the elevators (they do not restrict access to floors via key card). Front desk was very quick and friendly and our room was cleaned every day. We did not use the restaurant or bar or gym facilities. We have stayed at the hotel across the street which is more updated and we will likely go back to that place.

We were planing to stay 7 nights but after facing one of the worst hotel experiences ever, we've decided to leave and find a different hotel elsewhere. There is no elevator from the parking garage to the lobby. We had to carry our 4 pieces of luggage to and from our room. Customer service was terrrible and not friendly at all. The bathroom sink was plugged and water backed up. The shampoo bottles were empty. The towels were old and rough to the touch. The gym equipment, more especifically the stationary bikes, were old and unsafe to use. I really thought we were making a good choice staying at the FIiesta Inn but I was clearly wrong.

Very disappointed on my visit to this hotel, I felt like i was staying in an overpriced motel, the pool was so small and due to that it was full of people and the water did not look clean, I stayed in a suite and the furniture looked like it was going to fall apart, the refrigeration on the living area was not working and it was really hot. The only good thing was my night rest and breakfast.

The first two nights everything looks ok, but after the third the nightmare start. The cleaning service comes to be bad and there is no supervisor to inspect the job, so you have to call the front desk to let them know about the incomplete job or the complains about the service, but after you call the service don't make any better. The towels need fabric softener, the sandpaper 3 is soft than their towels. The last day we stay in the hotel, the maid didin't show up that day, but the hotel don't know in till we tell them that our room need to be cleaned. Don't stay in this hotel more than 2 nights, after that is on your risk.
