my booking has been incorect last 3 times. Also, after checking in , every day my keycard had to be redone. a pain going back to first floor and wait in line. Only 1 elevatir as other was broken again. Also, sleeping , my door was open as they gave my room key to another guest just checking in....completely disorganized. Also had money and jewelry stolen from my room. i showed management the web cam from my backpack showing who stole from my room and they said not their problem. Beware! highly dishonest staff and horrible management

Stayed here a dozen times. Adults only. This hotel sits on top of two nightclubs. Basic rooms are small. Not all rooms have windows. Nice suites on the top floor. Recently added new rooms toward the back of the hotel. Access to Azul restaurant on the 2nd floor. Best ceviche I ever ate.

Cascada is very popular, primarily for guys to take girls from Hong Kong club and the street to have sex. For NYE, rooms have to be booked 1 month in advance.
The rooms are small, painted dark, single start at $75, smell pretty nice and clean, the best options for sex tourists in Tijuana besides hotel Rizo de Oro across the street, same owner.
When the hotel is busy with ST guests, management has been sneaking ST renters into guests' rooms when they are away. Potentially valuables may be stolen.
