As far as hotels go in that part of Cebu it's probably one of the more modern and better once it has a Pizzeria downstairs which can be very very noisy if you're staying in rooms on the first floor as there is no divider rooms are rather small aircon Makes a noise and Internet only works in designated areas of the hotel. But it's clean and it safe and bang for buck you're probably getting 7 or 8 out of 10.

We stayed here last Saturday, February 4, 2017 checking out on Sunday, February 5, 2017. We took the Family room which cost Php 2,500 per night but the cashier, yes the cashier of ALBERTO'S PIZZA (not their front desk staff) can't provide an official receipt after I paid our room accommodation! As per the cashier if I'll ask for a receipt the rate of the room will change to Php 2, 700 per night! WHAT???..... The resort has a good location but NO complimentary breakfast, NO complimentary bottled water, NO water heater, NO bathroom amenities set up inside the bathroom. The swimming pool is very dirrrtttyyyy! I do not understand their service. Next morning, I asked the front desk staff politely if I could have late check-out for 2 hours but she consulted first the cashier of ALBERTO's PIZZA (again) and the cashier said that yes we can have late check-out but we need to pay for Php 150 per hour. I told her If can't we have it free of charge instead since we arrived 8pm last night and their resort is not fully book. There are no other guests aside from us. No guests will arrive on that day next to us. BUT still she did not grant my request!!! No wonder why their resort is SO MINGAW! GI LANGAW! The staff really needs training. They are not accommodating!!! VERY SAD!!!

My wife and I got married here in September 2012 and the resort was very nice. Since then however, it has really declined. The inside of the hotel had bird droppings and dead insects on the window sills and had an overall dirty appearance. Bring cash because they don't accept card which was a major inconvenience. The inside of the room had dark brown patterned sheets, so we couldn't tell if they were clean or not. They used to be white back in 2012. It also had noticeable cracks on the ceiling. When we checked in, the soap dish in the bathroom still had used soap from the previous occupant. I wanted to see if they would remove it when they cleaned our room, but it remained the whole 5 days. Very sad. I will give the employees credit, they were very nice. It was really nice to stay in the same room where my wife and I got married almost 4 years ago, but we won't be staying here again.
