Just Inn's place is okay. The rooms are not super clean, they're a bit old. The ambiance of the place is good and the place is not noisy because it's far from the main street. However, the pool is also not very clean, it lacks maintenance. What really disappointed me is that even those who checked-in CAN'T swim in the pool for free. You still have to pay 100 !!! We even paid for the place to be exclusive but it's still not free

very accommodating staff,cheap price start at php800 made of nipa hut with air condition,with 14" tv,typical clean comport room,quite place,with small pool,8 nipa hut available so not that crowded you expect.

It's not a best hotel/place to stay in the place but it's really impressive with a cheap price. The best thing I like is that their accommodation is a nipa hut,with an aircon , tv and refrigerator. Wouldn't you be glad with that and ? The place is quiet too and comes with small pool that you can freely use. I would gladly recommend this place. :)

You couldn't ask for a sweeter host than Rose, spent two nights, enjoyed walking to nearby villages and a very few restaurants. One night was quiet, the other, some roudy Canadians, one of whom was an expat who calls the place his second home and Rose Mama, and left on a trike back to Argao with a beer in his hand at 8-ish. Enjoyed being off the tourist trail a bit, went easily to Dalaguete Market, Osmeña Peak and Obong Spring. If you can spare a few days on a long trip for cheap, basic accommodations, warm hospitality, laid-back atmosphere, a close-up window to communities, and are not easily off put by quirky characters, this is great. If you're planning a perfect-and-predictable dream beach trip, consider other options. Also, the wifi and pool were free, wifi faintly reached the room. …
