My niece celebrated her birthday here. It was a great experience indeed. Aside from a beautiful ambiance, the food was tasty, worth the price. The service was good also.
It is a good place to dine in.

My wife and i stayed here for 2 days and all i can say is that i very very highly recommend this place.. clean room, very nice and spacious bathroom, airconditioning is great. The staff is very friendly and polite. The hotel is situated in the very heart of tabaco city so it is very accessible to the mall, market, bank, fastfoods and church. There is also a bar and spa house in the first floor so you can have a good time and drinks during the night, and pamper yourself with spa and massage during the day. The food is awesome. I highly recommend to try their cheesecake and red velvet cake. Its so delicious..

It was last November that we had visited Tabaco, Albay / hotelfina. First, the staff are very courteous, the ambiance is cool, the food (complimentary breakfast) is just right. Second, the accommodation, though we are four in the room, i don't know my confreres, but i was able to sleep and relax well. Thank you! hotelfina's management and staff.

Found this hotel by accident. Was intending to stay with friends, but they were still without power after Typhoon Glenda (this was was two weeks after the typhoon mind you). It is sort of off the beaten path, but if you are lucky enough to find it, you'll be pleased. The room was clean and the bathroom pristine. The complimentary breakfast was limited, but, adequate. The dining room is quite elegant, and has wi-fi access, which is good, since you don't have wi-fi in the rooms. The staff is quite friendly, professional, and courteous. This is what made me think I'd found an oasis. However, that's when the mirage appeared.

The first sign of the mirage was when they told me that I could not have an overnight guest in my room without paying P500, as I was booked into a standard room, with a single bed. When I asked what difference that made, since I could have gotten the same room if I had checked in as a couple, I was told no, I would not have gotten that room, and instead given a room for two people. Mind you, the bed and the room were spacious enough for two people. It would be the kind of room you'd see at most hotels in the states. So that one was a head scratcher. The next mirage was when two school age children (the daughter and family friend of my friend) wanted to go swimming in the hotel's pool. When I asked if they had a policy regarding the visitors of guests using the hotel's amenities, I was told that it would cost P100 for each person using the pool who was not registered as a guest. Another head scratcher. So if you are guest at the Hotel Fina, and a friend wants to come hang out with you at the pool, be prepared to pay up. In short, it is an oasis, but be careful and beware of the mirage.

I've been to Albay three times already and I've tested 2 different hotels the first two times. For my third time, I had to stay in Tabaco City for a planned visit of San Miguel Island. My hotel choice is the newly-opened Hotel Fina. I found it accessible from Legazpi City especially since it's located in the middle of the city proper. My booked room was quiet and has a little bit of everything I needed for my 3-day stay -- an LCD TV, wide cabinet for my stuff, comfortable bed, hot shower, hair dryer and more. I especially love that the accommodation was inclusive of complimentary breakfasts at its affiliate restaurant called Bona's Cafe. Getting back from my side trip of San Miguel Island made me feel hit the beach there, but since the pier is just a few minutes away from the hotel, I decided to take the shower back at the hotel instead of freshening up while leaving the island to save time. The best part of my stay at the hotel I think was my tranquil moments at its roof deck swimming pool where I had a spectacular view of the Mayon Volcano for sunrise and sunset.

Stayed at this new hotel in Tabaco during a business trip. It's small but great! Staff are friendly, accommodating and responsive. The guard, tour driver, front desk staff, housekeepers - all of them very well attended to my needs and made me feel like I am the most important guest. Breakfast serving is very minimal, but house-blend coffee is superb. Rooms are serene and elegant, facilities are overall simple but impressive, bathroom is spa-like. It is also close to the marketplace and groceries, and very accessible to local transportation. With all the satisfying experience I had during my stay, rate turns out to be unbelievably low. Way to go, Hotel Fina!

The staff in this hotel has only one thing in mind; and that is to please the customers. Very friendly, helpful and courteous. It made our stay very warm and comfortable. Mary Jane was especially helpful in assisting me secure a room and she made sure my friend and I are comfortable with it because it was a last minute reservation and we didn't have much choices. Not much of a view and honestly, the photo of the swimming pool is much different from reality. Food is just right and delicious. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We chose Hotel Fina as our wedding reception back in August. We were asked for down payment before the wedding day (which is a usual process) but never had any doubt to pay in full as this place is one of the family's trusted and favorite venue within the area. The place is so cozy which is just perfect as we have limited our guests to close friends and families. (Though we reserved some portion of the hotel just in case more will come:).) We were so happy to hear compliments on food served during the event. It was served hot and the taste was amazingly good. The food was overflowing and everybody went home happy and full with takeaway. :) After so, we spent some time at the bar and since it was our day, we (the newly wed) were the apple of the eye of the hosts. They were so hilarious and the night was filled with laughter. When we felt tipsy we went up to take some rest and was surprised upon opening the room full of petals and bed with dove and a bouquet inside a heart shaped petals and a letter from the hotel. The whole family stayed for a night in the hotel and had our breakfast by the pool with the majestic mayon as our view. My guests from Manila stayed in the same hotel too. Staffs were very accommodating, the hotel was maintained clean, five stars for the food and we got too many perks :). Hotel fina was so generous to give us big discount for the family and guests' room. The shuttle was free and by the way the hosts at the bar were made available for us and take note it was free of charge. :) if i can add more stars than the highest I will because Hotel fina made sure our wedding day to be worth remembering. Thank you so much for making our day truly special! Keep it up!
