This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. Coming from the uk we had no prior knowledge of Nassau so we booked blindly via Expedia. The staff at this hotel are SO friendly and helpful. They really make you feel at home and nothing is too much effort. You have a beautiful breakfast by the pool. And drinks at night too. You also meet lots of different people who to chat with. The Caribbean is always marketed as a chilled and friendly place for tourists and the vibe here encompasses this perfectly. Also not too far from downtown and walking distance to fish fry. If you want five star luxury there is choice elsewhere, but if you want an authentic Bahamian experience come here. You won’t be disappointed.

They do offer pick up from airport but you pay for it. Room was clean and had a kitchenette. Its near Fish fry but not in a tourist area. We ended up using it only to sleep as there is nothing nearby. At night they locked the pool door so we couldn’t get in to our room and needed to asked security guard to open door to get to rooms behind pool. Wifi is extremely slow and kitchen had no dish soap or anything except 2 plates, 1 fork, 1 spoon, few pots. Our first time using AIRBNB and were disappointed. They had coffee in the main entrance but we were never able to get any. You can ask front desk to call a taxi for you to move around or walk but will not recommend walking after dark. People will approach you to sell unwanted products! So be careful. We paid $20 -$25 to go to Paradise island each way. The price was cheaper but I think it would be better to stay in Junkanoo Beach or Paradise Island. It was our first time in Bahamas so we really didn’t know where to stay or understood the neighborhoods.

Nothing fancy, small rooms, no dresser, low-level accommodations. HOWEVER, good free breakfast, free cocktails by the pool in the evening, and very nice staff. Good location - close to Bahama Grill and Fish Fry. I'll stay here again.

I found this property on the internet and booked through booking.com. It turned out to be a lovely place - clean and quiet. It is slightly west of the downtown area of Nassau but I was able to walk to downtown within 15 minutes at a comfortable pace. I did take a taxi back from the downtown to the property which was $15 USD. There was a free cocktail offered around the pool in the evening as well as a substantial breakfast the next morning. The property itself is very clean and the staff very friendly. I would definitely return to this property in the future.

Now before I start the location of this Inn is not of the best and it is not a five-star Global hotel group property. However, the service and the staff were in those realms. The reception staff were friendly helpful and the service from them was perfect. The room was spotless and the bed large and comfortable. The kitchenette was cramped but functional and a nice touch was the coffee & tea tray. The room presentation was pleasing and welcoming. There was no noise from the splash pool area. It is however not a hotel to take a quick walk around the neighbourhood from if that is what you are looking for. Whilst it is not the "hood', it's unfortunately not located well if you do not have transport. Overall I would certainly come here again as it is secure quiet and very clean.

Good value for the price. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. You are provided with dishes and a small kitchen and fridge. There is a pool and free drinks every evening from 7pm to 9pm. The breakfast is $8 but you have to get there early or all the good food is gone and it's not worth it. The staff are very friendly and help you with anything you need. They will give you tips about what to do in the area. They use WhatsApp to communicate with you as there is no phone in the room. You can send them a message any time of day and they will respond to your requests. Fresh towels daily and clean sheets. Air condition and tv in the room. Close to downtown (25 min walk or 10 min bus). Small reception area with a water cooler and coffee/tea. Pool area is clean. You can see the cleaners are constantly keeping the place tidy.

I don’t know where to begin, but to avoid rambling I’ll try to stick to the basics. Location: 1) first off the location presented on their site or any other site is in accurate. They are nowhere near the beach or main road for that matter. It’s located in a residential neighborhood about a 10min walk to the main road. 20 minute walk to the fish fry (cheapest place to eat). Customer service: 2) we arrived on time for check at 3pm and my room was not ready until almost 5pm. I had a screaming toddler with me that had been traveling all day. No apologies, no accommodations, and certainly no accountability; just excuses. Grounds: 3) driving on to the property was the most disappointing feeling ever. The grounds were unkept and under construction if you will. It literally looks like you’re in a 3rd world country. Majority of the staff working the grounds aren’t native to the island. They’re migrating from other less fortunate countries. Quality of the room: 3) the rooms are exactly what you pay for or even less quality. Lizards in the room running behind the stove and microwave. Rooms flooding after rain storms. The tub had a crack larger than an American women’s size 7 foot. And the closet doors were broken. The AC didn’t work properly. The power went out twice while we were there. Indoor camping if you will. It was pretty bad. Amenities: 4) the pool seemed to be cleaned daily and other guests were fine with entering it. 5) breakfast was also fine, you order the full breakfast from the chief each day ( eggs, sausage, hash browns) and you can get whatever else at the bar ( make your own waffles, bagels, bread, minimal fruit, cold cuts, cheese, orange juice and coffee). Community: 6) just about a 5 minute walk, there’s a really good Convenient store. It has absolutely everything except fresh meat. But it has everything you would need if you wanted to light grocery shop to keep a few things on hand. 7) staff is over worked and underpaid in the truest sense of the word. They work 6-7 days a week and get paid 3 dollars a room for house keeping ( so you would have clean 10rooms per shift to make 30 dollars a day) who can live off of 30dollars a day? The ground keepers get paid less than that. I paid a lot of money for my stay and was very disappointed to learn the conditions in which they treat their staff. Recommendations: Run! Do not stay at this place. They are frauds and it is cheap, but book long in advance you you will find great deals on the island w/o the resort fee and a lot closer to attractions.

Found this place to be excellent and within easy walk to the local fish fry joints. Staff extremely friendly and hospitable. Room was very clean and had everything typical for amenities. AC was awesome and especially loved the ceiling fan. Would definitely come back.
