I book the apartments for a group of friends who have never been in Cayman Brac, we were after adventure rock climbing and doing yoga as I run a móvil yoga business in Grand Cayman and I want to provide this experience in my Acroyoga and Rock Climbing retreat. Rebecca de lady in charge of the condominiums is lovely and extremely helpful. The place is fully equipped, to cook any meals, to do laundry and enjoy the ocean view

We rented #106 10/27/17 to 11/11/17 at the Cayman Breakers on Cayman Brac. The 2 bedroom ocean front condo was very clean and a great location in the complex. We highly recommend #106. Excellent wifi and satellite tv during our entire stay. Robert & Rebecca (mgmt) were helpful and friendly. The view of the ocean and bluffs at this condominium are spectacular. The neighbors were fun and friendly. Hoping to make a return visit soon.

We rented Condo # 106 at The Breakers. aka Cayman Breakers Condominiums here on the island Cayman Brac Friday 7/14, Saturday 7/15, & Sunday 7/16. We left Saturday 7/15. Look at the "visitor" we had in the Condo. The Condo was dirty had rats, ants, gnats, and was filthy. Had 3 TV's and none of them worked, no closets except for a small closet in the entry. No on sight management to contact. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The location is a little remote so plan on bringing some food. We didn't have a rental care but bikes were provided and we utilized those and a taxi one night. The view is great and the rooms are spacious and nice. The beach is much to rocky to really walk or lay on so you will have to go elsewhere to hang in the beach. The pool and hammocks do overlook the ocean though and are nice to relax in.

Very Nice condo, unit 106 is ocean view.....what a site to wake up to! We visited the rock pools each morning, and picked up some treasures....beautiful shells and coral.... conch shells galore! The Brac is a sleepy secluded island which is good for divers and anyone seeking peace and quiet. The shores are generally "iron entry", and sand is hard to find..The great cave is nearby and you can walk to it. Very nice bikes available to borrow. Rebecca was a pleasure to deal with. Sad to leave!

Cayman Breakers has proven to be the perfect location for anyone that needs to just escape it all... escape traffic, crowds, lines, noise, pollution... just get away. Tucked away at the far east of the South Side of Cayman Brac, right on the ocean with a lovely little pool, two poolside cabanas with tables, chairs, BBq grills and HAMMOCKS! The sound of the waves soothed us to sleep every night of our stay and my husband and I got much deserved rest and peace even with the 5 children around!

Our condo was very clean when we arrived and our keys were left inside. There were plenty of kitchen utensils which made cooking very easy. It is a little bit "farther" than some of the other accommodations but nothing is really that far on the island; maybe 10 minutes each way. We enjoyed the pool and the view, and it was just us and one other couple so we practically felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I'd be happy to stay here again.

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Cayman Brac and truly love the Breakers. Although the Breakers are at the far end of the island from the dive shops, the quiet serenity of listening to the ocean waves and the breeze through the coconut palms is part of the beauty of staying there. Cars are available through several rental agencies and are necessary to tour the island and do ones shopping. The condos are all well appointed and the grounds are meticulously maintained. The managers, Nina and Robert Banks, have always been very friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs. I have witnessed Nina provide for guests' special requests by loaning anything from additional cookware and cooking utensils to food that the guest forgot to purchase from the market while it was open. We find them to be truly hospitable and eager to ensure that every guest enjoys their time at the Breakers.

Cayman Breakers was a very attractive and well maintained condominium on the East end of the south side of Cayman Brac. 15-20 minutes from the west end where better restaurants and dive shop were located. It was ~ 2 minutes from the far east end beach and cliff climbing wall. Choose the Breakers because of it's location to climbing wall - our son and friend climbed every afternoon in the shade. The best part about the Breakers was the rinse tank for our scuba gear and the cut in beach (next door) for entrance to water. Enjoyed ourselves very much.

My wife and I spent a week at the Breakers. When we arrived there was no one to greet us. There was a note on the managers door to let us know which condo we were staying in. Unfortunately, the room was not the one we had paid when we booked online. It was an ocean view and if you positioned your head at the side window just right you could see the ocean. We had asked and paid for an oceanfront room and they stuck us in one of the condos closer to the street. We had to wait until that evening before one of the managers/owners, Robert, arrived and he did move us to the right room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working and the condo became a sweat box. There was a lovely ocean breeze so we thought we could open the windows, but then we noticed signs that the management didn't want you to open the windows. It was late, so the first night we toughed it out and told Robert about the a/c problem. He said he would fix it. When we got back from diving that day the a/c still wasn't working, the place only had a few other people at it and we asked if it would be easier to move to another room with a/c but he insisted that he had fixed it. To make a long story short, after working on the a/c all day, and not being able to fix it, he finally got us a new a/c for the room the next day. We spent most of our days shore diving, which is some of the best diving in the world. A lot of the dive sites are close to shore and only takes a short swim to reach. We thought the local food was delicious and priced reasonable. The local people are shy at first, but if you are friendly to them first, then they seem to open up and are very friendly. We heard a lot of good stories from some of the older Caymanians. We would definitely go back to the Brac, but not stay at the Breakers again. The condos are nice enough, but they are far away from everything, there is no place to buy food or drinks nearby, and the management is not good. I heard that they are building another condo next door. Hopefully, they will hire a professional management team that knows how to make a guest feel welcome, comfortable and want to come back..
