Whilst I didn't actually stay here I did stop for lunch with three business colleagues on Tuesday 4th April 2023. The food was good, brought to us promptly and very reasonably priced. Due to a schedule issue we then had a couple of hours to kill so asked if we could sit in reception to do some work on our laptops. Not only did the lady on reception allow us to do that, she offered us use of their conference room so we could work in more comfort. The people of Cayman Brac have been so welcoming in every way but this was a truly exceptional gesture from the staff at the Alexander. Just had to submit a review to acknowledge the generosity and say a massive thank you. Amazing.

The hotel is modern, clean and well looked after. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The food available at the hotel was great and you can eat either in the dining room or out at the pool bar. The staff are all really helpful and friendly. The location is great, just 2 minutes drive from the airport. Only downside was a slightly damp smell in the room at times and the water pressure was not great in the shower, but those were only minor points

We are beyond disappointed with the service at the Alexander Hotel. The room was not cleaned on a daily basis unlike what we are used to considering this worldwide pandemic. No telephone to call the front desk to report anything. The service at the front desk was beyond disappointing

My friends and I spent the holidays in Cayman Brac and were blown away by the Alexander Hotel. While we loved the spacious room and the nearby pool and bar, the service is really what stood out. At the front desk, May graciously helped in planning out our trip activities in a matter of 5 minutes. She went the extra mile at every stage of our trip and was a blast to be around. Grace and Stephaun were equally warm and helpful. We will absolutely be back thanks to the new friends we met on the staff at The Alexander.

This is a very modern hotel, very well decorated in the min reception area and the rooms are very modern. A lot of money has been spent decorating the hotel, and they have gone for quality rather than low cost. The rooms are great, very well kitted out, luxurious.
