Had a great stay in Villa 1 for the first time. Villa 3 might be our next choice. Great hosts and location the bikes are a great addition. Tea coffee and toiletries in the rooms. Hire a car for the day and if diving little cayman divers are the #1 choice. Without hesitation would recommend paradise villas. Ps the curry at the Hungry Iguna is spot on and watching the frigates and booby birds come in at sunset is a great spectacle with a beer or wine.

We spent another excellent week here at Paradise Villas. Having come here multiple times, this seems like another home to us. Everyone on the island is friendly and the food is great at the Hungry Iquana. We did 5 days of scuba diving with Doug and crew at Little Cayman Divers and snorkeled in the afternoon on our own. We ate breakfast and lunch in the Villa in order not to eat too much.

The villas were comfy, clean and well appointed. We brought groceries for a few meals and also dined out. The view from every ocean side villa is spectacular. The pool and deck were spacious and had lots of lounge chairs. Hammocks by every villa and the star gazing was amazing. Bikes are available to get around and renting scooters from scooten scooters made a trip to Point of Sand easy and fun. We ate at Hungry Iguana, Beach Nuts Bar, Southern Cross Club and had a beer at McCoys Sunset Bar every spot was delicious. McCoys is literally a hut that serves beverages all week and BBQ on Saturdays.

The friendly helpful PV staff were a big plus as we enjoyed our well-appointed ocean side cottage #2. We enjoyed quiet time at the cottage and adventures around the island including diving, snorkeling, fishing and biking. We had delicious meals at the Hungry Iguana. The visit to the CCMI research station was very impressive and informative.
