As a resort Hotel this has to be rated Excellent, the location, the bar/ restaurant, & above all the room services, Top rate. Spent 3 fabulous days there & can’t wait to be able to go back. All of our party of 8 think the same as I do & hopefully would like to plan a trip for a little longer.

We had heard great things about the property so we got a resort pass for the day and when we arrived the security guard wouldn’t let us in because he thought we were just going to use the beach and rent chairs or go to the public beach. I showed him our reservation and he still made us park on the road. We walked our stuff in and went to reception and they were all very friendly and apologized for the security guard. We then walked back up to the car and he still was giving us a hard time. We finally got in and were able to park. The beach was nice and the staff at the outdoor restaurant and beach were lovely but no one knew what the resort pass was so we had a difficult time getting snorkel gear and opening a tab. The chairs and offers of floats and snorkel gear was nice. The tide from the ocean came almost all the way up to the chairs so we had to keep moving back and couldn’t have anything on the sand in fear it would get whisked away but the ocean. We were given a key to access the pool and fitness room but the key didn’t work. We had to walk back to reception and they said they were having issues with key cards. They had to escort us up to the pool but you needed a key to exit the pool so we were kind of stuck. The views are stunning are the resort. They brought back up an another key card but when we went to leave it wouldn’t work so we had to bother a couple to use theirs. For $100 per pass we were disappointed. Only great thing was the food at the restaurant. And the view from the pool. Next time we will just rent chairs for $25 and eat at the restaurant… if we ever go back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed experience at Grand Case Beach Club. We're very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with our security guard and the difficulties with the key card. We were indeed experiencing issues on that day with our key card system and we apologize for that. We certainly respect your feedback and it gives us the opportunity to reassess our operations and training, which we already have in this case. We always strive to improve our guests' experiences, so we appreciate you pointing out these issues. We only recently started offering Day Passes and are still working on its improvement. You are absolutely right, the waves can sometimes reach the chairs, adding a bit of adventure to our beach experience! We understand how this could be a bit inconvenient. We are pleased to know that despite these issues, you were still able to enjoy certain aspects of the property. We hope this experience will not deter you from considering a future visit. We would love to have another opportunity to provide you with the exceptional experience that we're known for. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and we are committed to improving and making your next visit a more enjoyable one.

A little bit of France in the sunny Caribbean! We spent a wonderful 5 nights here. Everybody was friendly, welcoming and helpful. A beautiful room with a lovely sea view and a great kitchen if you wanted to prepare your own food. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. We enjoyed meeting other guests at the Cocktail Party. There are plenty of sunbeds so no need to reserve one and it was easy to change your beach towel daily. Easy walk in to Grand Case to the fabulous restaurants and it felt very safe to do this once it had gone dark. We used the bar/restaurant for lunches and a couple of dinners and the food was of high quality. We will be coming back!

We stayed at this hotel last week and it has the most incredible location on the beach with stunning mountain views. The staff couldn't do enough to help guests and were incredible throughout the stay. Our room was very clean and spacious, with ocean views. It even had a fully functional kitchen. This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. No need to rush out in the morning to find a beach chair, there are tons of beautiful spots to enjoy all over the resort. We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant as well as the nearby places in Grand Case. I very much enjoyed exploring the French side of the island, including Marigot. The hotel is well-situated as a base to travel around the island. I would definitely recommend it for those who want to chill out and love great food.

We had a wonderful week at GCBC on our honeymoon. The suite was wonderful and the flower pedals on the bed and bottle of wine was extermely thoughtful. The service was perfect from the office staff, Sunset Cafe and support staff. we have already reserved the same week next year. Oh, the food was delicious!!

From the staff, to the food, to the room, to the views this resort felt like a little taste of Europe. The rooms were very spacious and modern. The resort was very conveniently located close to town. We rented a car but barely ended up using it because we walked most places. Would definitely return!

The property from outside appears to be a bit dated, but the rooms and the facilities are up to date and modern. Hospitality is a priority. The bar and restaurant were wonderful, food too, and they offered beach service. There are two beaches. We mostly used the beach on the left of the bar/ restaurant, but many people congregated on the right. Activities desk offered free kayaks and stand up paddle boards, as well as beach floats. There are many amazing places to view sunsets , this property is so close to town, Grand Case restaurants. Could not ask for a better location.

The Grand Case Beach Club is a unique and special experience. You have two beautiful beaches (small) with amazing views, only a 10 minute walk from restaurant row with some of the most amazing food you will ever eat, all at a reasonable price. We had room 709, which was beachfront, one bedroom, two story, two balconies and two bathrooms. Our room was clean and well maintained with daily housekeeping. The lawn chairs in front of our unit hardly went used so it was very quiet and had lovely landscaping. No one fought for hotel beach chairs - it all seemed to work out as people came and went. The Sunset Cafe is literally right next to the beach so easy access to breakfast/lunch/dinner with views of Anguilla. We rented a car and had no issues finding parking. The property is secured - a bit intimidating to approach at first, but then you get used to the gated access. Rooftop pool is usually quiet and offers amazing views. Only 10 minutes away is a strip mall with groceries, bakery/cafe, etc. The only notes I would have: 1. If you like to get out and walk before starting your day, the streets are narrow with a lot of traffic/puddles and the beachfront is too short for a good beach walk. 2. Needing to use your key to leave the pool area is a bit nerve wrecking, especially if your spouse brought the key and you didn't, leaving you stranded there. I can understand key access in the pool but not to leave. Seems a safety issue. Other than that - highly recommend GCBC!!!!

This place was amazing! Hubby and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this place. Quiet and the perfect location for relaxing. Met a lot of really neat guest who were on their 10th or better return trip. Great restaurants just a quick walk down the way. The resort has security guards along the short walk into Grand Case for shopping or eating at night. Felt very secure the whole time. The resort also has a fabulous restaurant with a diverse menu. Some of the best food we had on the whole Island. We will definitely be back soon.
