The hotel is beautiful and luxurious and the service is excellent. Let me just tell you this resort is more than 5 stars! Everything we experienced from the check in to check out was phenomenal. Our room was partial ocean facing but it was wonderful. The restaurants on the property are all great and offer a nice variety. They offer bicycles for guests so we enjoyed exploring Condado and the surrounding areas. The staff were great and everyone was friendly specially the pool attendants Manuel and James thank you! This is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed at. Thank you Condado!!

Exceptional property, best for R&R. Great for families, friends or couples. We had an ocean front room and were delighted. The pool and beach areas are clean, well run and comfortable. You can not beat the view from anywhere! We ate at all three restaurants and everything we ate was so yummy! Wanna give special thanks to the whole pool crew specially Francisco, Karina and Manuel. It was a wonderful, special and memorable stay.

Pros: - friendly staff (most people in Puerto Rico we interacted with were smiling, friendly, good people!). - free snacks delivered to your room (you must call daily for refills) - beautiful corridors near the lobby. Cons: - The hotel doesn't seem to read and acknowledge the reviews posted here. - The main pool is much smaller than pictured (trick photo). It's small for a resort. To be fair there is a medium size pool (but small for a resort), a small infinite pool (abut 6 couples already fill it up), and a small adults-only pool (thankfully not very much used, but read more below... there is a reason for that). - people were smoking by the pool. I thought that was prohibited, but nobody said anything to them. - Smoking weed / pot by the jacuzzi. - toilet seat did not stand up. Major failure for a hotel of that level. We had to tape it to the back. - sent email to the spa at 3 pm (their opening afternoon time) and they only replied next day. A 80-minute couples massage is $640 after mandatory service fee (yes, you read that right). - people cleaning sands off their feet in the adults-only pool. - no cleaning of the adults pool: had cups and lemon, chairs out of place - there is no beach for the hotel. The closest one has a lot of warnings recommending to not go inside, lots of waves and strong current. The beach is much nicer and enjoyable a few miles east (must stay at another hotel). - free snacks are great but second day we only got one bag of chips and one chocolate bar (the first day we got 4 chips and 2 chocolate bars) The worst in this hotel is, unfortunately, the people coming to it. Even for the price they charge. People misbehave a lot. They smoke where is not permitted, even weed / pot. They throw stuff to the ocean (yes...), the ladies are wearing long fake nails and heavy make up (you get the picture?), they bring their speakers and put music as if everybody around wanted to listen to that horrible music. The hotel does nothing. It is really unfortunate the society is moving that way. Outside of the hotel, it is even worse so maybe this might be a "better" place to stay. Regardless of the travelers coming here, the hotel could do a better job with cleaning, maintenance (that toilet seat!) and enforcing some rules. Don't forget you'll be charged hundreds of dollars at checkout as a resort fee because this is another hotel not adding it to the price advertised.

I love this hotel! I stay here whenever I'm in San Juan. I love being able to sit on the balcony and watch the sky change from sunset yellows and oranges to evening pinks and blues. Just that is enough for me, but having so many great restaurants within walking distance also makes me love this place too. Best of all, this hotel was a great value! We will return!!
