Hotel Staff Maid service has been prompt and courteous. Maid service needs to be requested whenever the guest wants it. It is not automatically done. Also note that maid service working hours may differ one day to the other. Front desk staff were helpful. One day we went to ride a ferry from Ceiba ferry terminal, and realized that our tickets were left at the hotel. Front desk person was able to retrieve the tickets from room and send us a picture of it based on which we were able to get new tickets printed out at the ferry terminal. Breakfast The breakfast choices were extremely limited during our stay of a week - more so for us as we are also vegetarian. We had to send our teenage son outside for breakfast almost daily as there is just bread and bagel, and 2 kinds of cereal to eat at the breakfast. I had eaten bagels and cream cheese for a couple of days during our week long stay, and my wife had the same for 3 days. We had to pass hotel breakfast for the remaining of the days. Noticed that there were cheese slices (1-2 kinds like cheddar, swiss) as well, and occasional deli meat slices (not sure what kind, but noticed 1-2 types) for breakfast. Noticed 1-4 (clementines, grapefruit, kiwi, grapes, green apples, etc.) kinds were present on different days. Was able to find clementines for 3 days that I ate. Also noticed that there is no real butter at the breakfast, there is buttery blend or something similar that is not actually butter. When requested front desk for butter, was guided that it is what they have during the time of our visit. Also, during the time of our week long stay, there were no hot breakfast options like potatoes, omelettes, pancakes or waffles, etc. that may be more common in other places. Hotel Room We have stayed in what is called an Executive Double Room with two queen beds, sofa, and a small round dining table with four chairs, and were allocated Room 314. The size of the room was as expected and sufficient for our family of three. The room can sleep 6 when the sofa is used. The table was very useful to sit around and eat when we ordered food from outside. Carpet in the room is stained at multiple locations throughout and when the issue was presented to the management via e-mail with a request to cancel (as suggested by front desk), there was no communication from the manager for two days, and again we had to again speak forcefully with the front desk, and was offered another room of the same kind as replacement, and when my family checked out the other room, the other room was also stained a bit but not as much as the room allocated to us. The management was not willing to cancel the reservation, and refund for the unused portion as it was a prepaid purchase made through a third party. The room in my opinion is not rentable in current condition, and the carpet may need to be de stained or replaced before it can be rented out again. When we had laundry to be done one day, we were offered a free laundry service (otherwise, we were originally quoted 10$ for the service) and was informed about this by a call from the manager (fourth day of our stay) who otherwise did not bother to contact us when the cancellation was requested." Parking There is no parking available at this hotel. There is a paid parking facility at what looked like an abandoned hotel building close by (about 2 min walk) that charged 10$ a day to park the car. Our experience has been less than satisfactory based on these reasons, and also understand that these issues are fixable with some commitment from folks running the business. In case if these issues are of a concern to anyone reading this, will encourage you to contact the hotel directly, and get a better idea of conditions when you intend to travel, and make a decision accordingly.

Hotel's Favorite
I say I loved this area for the fact it was quite except for a few noisy cars! It was close to a little shopping area that had a handful of restaurants we ate at the 4 nights we stayed here. Plus a beach in walking distance, a park and lots of walking trails. We did not enjoy the breakfast they offered, cheese slices, lunch meat slices, bagels, muffins and yogurt. Do to my nut allergy the food didn't seem safe to eat, so we ended up bringing poptarts with us and just ate those instead. When they called for a taxi it always arrived within 7 minutes, the hotel has an elevator and stairs. It is beautiful inside, they also will hold your luggage if you can't check in early which is great. We stayed on the 2nd and 3rd floor because we went on a cruise and returned. Front doors were locked and to get our you would push a button or use your key card to enter. Loved our bed setup spaced perfectly for two couples with tons of room. We even had a full closet with tons of storage and a big bathroom. Beds were comfy, lights all worked, it was clean, smelled nice and most importantly they had wifi and netflix, couldn't have asked for a better hotel for our stay! Neighbourhood felt very safe and saw tons of joggers and bicycle riders every morning.

I am utterly disgusted at what I have witnessed in my room. It is now 6:30pm and I checked in at around 4:30pm and so far I have killed 4+ fruit flies and there are stains everywhere. While trying to eat my food that I ordered, I could barely eat without the fruit flies plunging to my food. I am VERY uncomfortable and quite honestly do not want to stay here because it feels like I am sleeping in filth. I am very disappointed, and surprised at the misleading good reviews that this hotel has. I was trying to stay positive since I am only here for one night, but this is unacceptable! Other concerns: The shower gets cold after 3 minutes, so I had to rush and wash up fast There’s long hair in the shower and on the floor (it isn’t mine, and I have braids) (look like poop stains on the towels) The toilet was NOT cleaned, there is also poop and dirt around the rim

Stayed at this hotel and they overcharged me by almost 1,000. Tried calling but no one answers, then sent a email and they only responded by sending me my receipts but didn’t explain why they charged me extra and now won’t respond to me. Had to fight the charge with my bank. Don’t ever stay here.

Hotel location is in walking distance of key aspects of the city. Unfortunately, it’s near a main road and while the windows keep our regular traffic noise, any honking or loud music comes through. The sound insulation is really poor against noise from the hallway, which made it difficult to sleep as other guests partied or were loud coming back late at night on the weekend. Cleanliness was so-so. Front desk was helpful. Depending on which room you get, they (including bathroom) can be very small. Of note, there’s no breakfast during Covid despite what it says on third party sites. Overall, I would not stay here again.
