In an attempt to visit The Farm a second time with particular details, I wrote to the reservations team as requested twice with no response. I called the 7 or more phone numbers listed and finally reached someone on the 8th or so try. That agent, Armie, took my details and when I finally received a quote for the stay, the details were incorrect. Made the decision to go elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Best getaway ever. The food is incredible and so is everyone (literally everyone) on the property. The doctors/practitioners that conduct the medical/wellness treatments are all very knowledgable about what they do, and extremely professional. I was there for 4 nights and have never felt better. Highly recommend for anyone that needs a good detox (physical/ mental/ emotional / spiritual). Also, shoutout to Elbert Malunes - he was so wonderful and really made my stay exceptional. It was truly because of him (and Karen, the GM) that my stay was so magical.

Overly relaxing and satifying experience. I just want to stay longer or if I can't stay longer, I just want to ensure to schedule another trip to come back. It's a much needed trip you deserve for yourself and your family to do some Grounding, Detox, Relaxation and Connection with Mother Earth. I love how particular they are to detail and requests, how they value quality service and how they give back the value of your money. True rates may be such a big treat to yourself, but all I can say is you really get what you pay for and definitely your moneys worth. I love their body polish and coconut milk conditioner and had to buys some for my home supply. Oh I also cant get enough of their Ginger lime juice. Even my son loved it and we just raved about it over dinner again tonight and wished we had some to drink at home. We are definitely planning to go back.

Best staycation with nature, we went to the Farm at San Benito to have a relaxing staycation. Rooms are very clean, the resort is well maintained. I forgot to bring my aspirin, thankfully they have a clinic and has the medicine i need. No need to go out of the resort.

The Farm was a truly amazing place a few years back, but it is aging and nobody seem to realise or worry. That is a real shame as this location is really magic. I stayed in a Narra Pool villa. There was a persistent sewage smell in the room. Walls and wood pieces are rotted, focets are dented, taps broken, some floor tiles are dented, some of the shades are broken, some of the furniture damaged (a table with a burnt top, a torn day bed) and the safe did not work. Amenities are kept to a minimum (3 teabags). It is totally over priced for the very poor quality that you get. The spa and healing center facilities are in a similar state: clearly aging and not being well kept. The staff at the spa is ok-ish, most are quite transactional and do not seem to care very much. In contrast, most of the staff at the healing center is competent and caring. The quality of the treatments is still the same: very good. They used to have really amazing yoga teachers. Halas, the 2 ladies who teach today hardly smile or look after their students during classes. In conclusion, I used to love this place and I am really disappointed by its vanishing beauty and quality. Management, please wake up before it's too late!

Love the place 🤗😍 Great view of landscapping and all areas in connection with nature. You see ducks and peacocks. It would have been nice to attend their scheduled activities, if it's not raining. We went last July 12, 2023, two nights, too bad it was raining so I was not able to do their activities 😬. Next time, I hope to make it. Love the experience 🤗🥰 Thanks to lovely staffs.

We had a great stay!! We've been thinking of going back as soon as possible, this is the most relaxing stay I've ever been from the security guards to staffs and receptionists, I would like to highlight Ms. Jeza, she's very accomodating, warm and always smiling! 😊 The food in the restaurants were tasty. We also had a great sleep, fluffy pillows and quiet environment, it was so nice to reconnect with nature again. We will definitely come back ❤️

The hotel is pricey equivalent to a 5 star. The location should have own car otherwise its difficult to take public transport. From entrance to reception you will pass around 4-5 security guards asking the same question which is to me overrated. At the reception, they take you to the bigger lounger which is fine, non air conditioned rooms but beautiful interior. They will serve a welcome drink which is so so weird tasting. Maybe it’s better if they will just give fresh coconut juice. The receptionist is very helpful and kind although she missed to give us the qr code to use for the app. They have valet service and staff to carry your things. At the villa its very basic if you will ask me for the charge coz you have to request for fridge. There’s no stirrer or teaspoon available for the cups to make coffee or tea. You have to request for dental kit but maybe this is due to enviromental awareness or something. They have rubber slippers for indoor use but need to request and if you take home you have to pay. Only complimentary water. We stayed here for my birthday which usually in a 5 star hotel they’ll give complimentary stuff like cake or sweet stuff but there’s none. Additional bed for extra person will be just the bench on the side which they makeshift as a bed and out some cover and duvet. They don’t have personal toiletries/ bathrobe / slippers for kids. The shower and faucet in the bathtub is a bit broken. Some rusting stuff in bathtub and shower area. They do have a small outdoor playground which could be fun on sunny days. The whole farm have a lot of flies and mosquitoes and insects maybe because they have a farm and animals so bring suitable clothes and insect repellent. The vegan breakfast is okay although I think the chef could be more creative. The food they serve would be fruits in syrup which makes it not fresh, some salad like shred carrots, beetroot, lettuce, cereals with almond and soya milk, breads, nutella, coconut jam and almond cheese, fried rice, noodles vermicelli, Indian sauce, cauliflower rice and crepe with ginger on side. I suggest the chef can be more creative in vegan cuisine like congee with tokwa, crepe with banana and their homemade nutella, fresh tropical fruits, coconut juice, local salad. There are 3 swimming pools available for use for all guest, there’s available towels for use but to shower area so this is a minus coz they should have an available area to shower. My husband saw a worm too in the pool. No lifeguard available in all 3 pools. some signs of algae at the pool area. The water is warm which is good. the gym is okay though they only have 2 glass available in water dispenser area. They have some activities for guest but we did not try coz we just walk by ourselves and swim. During the night, it rained heavily and when we woke up in early morning, the room is flooding as shown in pictures and I have video but cannot upload. They did not do anything about this. Overall its good to try for experience but it will take a lot of new things for us to come back.

We had a great experience and stay at The Farm. Before going here, we knew that the place will be amazing but we we were wrong, it was remarkable. The service, and the staff are the cherry on top. The food was great, we only tried Pesce for dinner but it exceeded our high expectation. Yes, it’s a but pricey but the serving is really big and also satisfies our palate. The breakfast is something to look forward too. I would also like to commend Ms. Jeza. She assisted us during our entire stay. She’s very attentive and accommodating. She smells good too (haha). Aside from Ms. Jeza, all staff were really welcoming. They always greet us with a smile. We will definitely visit again not just for relaxation but because of the service. ☺️

Just on our first night, 6-7k worth cash got STOLEN in our villa!! 😓 We went last July 21-23, 2023 and stayed at the Garden Villa for our friends’ birthday weekend. On our first night, we went out for dinner at around 6:30pm & when we got back — to our surprise, cash from our wallets were stolen. Yes we admit our fault that we did not fully lock the sliding door, but we would not think that there would be a thief in this prestige and high end villa. The fact that they even highlighted how safe the place is and how it’s surrounded with security cams during our briefing upon check-in.. wow. We reported everything to the operations manager and they offered to move us to another villa with a security on standby outside for that night since WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL. It resulted to anxiety, panic and stress throughout our stay. They showed the cctv footage (pathways only), but as expected they did not see anyone enter the villa. At this point, we suspect it was really someone from the inside who knows the ins and outs of the place. We were disappointed.. This has been apparently happening for a couple of months already as we found out similar cases on google reviews (attaching here fyr). The incident could have been managed better. What could have been a relaxing staycation, turned out to be one of our most stressful experiences yet. We just hope that management would get to the bottom of this.
