It's my first time in Solano Hotel, around 2nd week of March. Customer service is great! Everyone greets you with a smile plus they respond quickly to requests making sure needs are taken cared of for their guests. What i like most during my stay was the roof deck experience. You can see 360 degree-view of Lipa, with all the nearby mountains. The scenic view gives you perfect sight of sunset, and of course the bonus feeling of peace of mind.

Very nice place to have drinks and foods with family and friends. The food is very good and not only Filipino.....the terrace is very pleasant and you can have your own Kubo.....the only problem is the parking. They don't have a big parking and cars are parked in front of each other, and we had to wait 29 minutes for the hotel to call and find the owner of the car in front of us....very anoying

Stayed here From April 10 to the 22 to be close to family.
Hotel very clean,staff very friendly and courteous.
Buffet breakfast was VG included and the food was good.
Had dinner with family and friends few nights in the kubo. Food came in hot and delicious.
They have a bar that serves a great run and coke beer among others.
We tried the Cafe Ysab as well and it was good.
Ròof deck is a must see for the 360 view of the city and the mountains.
WiFi is good.
Great place to stay when in Lipa.
Hope to return again in the future.

Highly recommend place to stay and venue for events and family gatherings. Very accommodating staff. We really enjoyed our time at Solano Hotel on celebrating my father's 60th birthday. Good job and keep up the good work.

A decent hotel that should be called a motel instead with very few facilities, the other downsides were:
1. Limited parking
2. Limited choices at breakfast buffet
3. What you see on the website is not what you get. Very misleading.
4. Some of our rooms were not cleaned on certain days
5. A nice looking motel lobby, and after that a long walk through a furniture shop before getting to the elevators to get to the rooms. Very eerie at night when lights at the furniture shop are shut/dim while you make your way to the elevator.
6. Window view is bad, more like a settlement view
7. Overpriced for this setting
8. Unfriendly staff

This hotel is like a “hidden gem”. Staff is courteous. Good location. Beautiful lobby, restaurant has a beautiful outdoor garden setting & indoor dining is chic, good food as well. But the long dragged out Power Outtage on a 3 day weekend wrecked it for us.

This hotel is great!
Best for business and family staycation.
Everything is inside the hotel, there is restaurant, coffee shop and bar, play area, gym, sauna, spa, event centers, meeting rooms, and even furniture store that you can shop.
