I have been a staying at Jet Hotel since 2020. What a relief for. A hotel of this kind to be in Lipa. Classy enough. But affordable. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and cozy. I definitely enjoy the bed and pillows and how comfortable they are. Since I travel for business, the rooms have a perfect set up for working remotely as well. I cnnot count the number of hours I spent in virtual meetings and administrative work I have done in my room. It is so far the best affordable hotel in Lipa since I started traveling to Batangas for the past 7 years. Although through the years some amenities may need updating and fixing, specifically in the bathroom. Some shelves in the bathroom need fixing, and some seals in the shower will have to be repaired. We like the place where it's located. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Facilities were clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean and gorgeous. There's staffs that stays up late for your needs. Nice location, ample food varieties and deliciousness, stunning pool area, and relaxing music on public areas.

The place is super cozy and the staff just completes everything with their business vibes. There is a breakfast buffet, coffee, and assistance ready for you. This is more than just a 10/10 rating. I would stay here again. This is your sign that when you come to Lipa, stay at JET Hotel.

I like the ease of travel. The hotel was located near mass transportations. Comfortable bed. Spacious enough. Had the basics for the overnight stay. Location is accessible and near 7eleven. The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful! They always try to help and organize our needs based on their best knowledge.

The location is in the city area with accessible malls and restaurants and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Very good choice of place to stay while in cebu city. Got 7 eleven next door if you want to buy drinks or foods anytime. Location wise very accesible. The staffs are very good and helpful.

My favourite part of the hotel was the friendly staff, cleanliness and luxurious comfort. It is close and easy to get around from. The staff is always wonderful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is great. If you need to stay in this part of Batangas you cannot go wrong.

I really enjoy my stay, too bad it was just short and quick. The staff are very attentive and very polite. I also appreciate the level of costumer service from every staff because they try to go above and beyond to the best of their ability. Our company held training on one of JET Hotel's conference rooms and we were able to stay during training days. The service here has just been good; whatever we needed was brought to us right away. Our event coordinator was amazing, he has been most helpful. The food was so delicious; the entire experience was great. Excellent property and very convenient to our activities like visiting places around. The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. The property is clean and has a minimalist vibe on it. Very near to essential establishments like malls, markets, fast food, and church. They also have a restaurant inside the hotel that can also serve room service. The environment is very safe even at night and there's a 24/7 convenience store in the same building as well as ATM Machine for an emergency fund. We have to extend our stay and it's not hard to ask for assistance for our extension. Even the room attendants and other hotel staff are accommodating. Surprisingly they have a pool on the roof deck so we had a quick relaxation with an area to eat and drink. Highly recommend this place for those doing business in the area or even quick get away from the metro.…

The hotel is well placed and clean but the staff are real amateurs....I called the reception to know at what time is breakfast....they answer 6 am....I come down at 6:10....then they say it's 6:30..... And didn't even say can we get you coffee or do you want eggs......no customer service....they won't get many customers coming back
