We had an amazing Family time in this resort. The staff are the highlight of our vacation.

We booked our reservation through their FB Page and we book it without hesitation because the person chatting us is really kind and polite, they answered all our inquiries and always get back to us with goos answers.

When we reach the place. It is so beautiful as well as it’s people. Front desks are very accommodating. We had to transfer to two rooms because the availability but we get no hassle because they help us moving our stuff. We had free breakfast on our room reservations and the food are amazing. On Sundays they have buffet and their Goto is my favorite. The servers are also attentive.

One of our favorite staff is kuya Nilo assisting in GoCart as he is very polite and nice. We also saw the guy assigned in the pool areas nonstop removing the leaves falling on the pool and making the place clean all the time.

Lastly, they had a fire dance every Saturday Night and it is entertaining and they are very nice as well.

We will definitely come back to this place with my entire relatives.

Hopefully the pricing and service won’t change.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place (like a quick escape during a pandemic), I definitely recommend booking a place at Valentino Resort and Spa located in Lipa City, Batangas.

The Contemporary villa assigned to us is fairly big and accommodated a total of 5 pax. The room is clean however the comfort room there was a bit fusty. The villa has an open porch at the back of the room with a view of the forest, Mt. Maculot, and their pools.

Some of the amenities inside the resort were still closed due to their strict health protocols for the visitors (which are understandable) so we just went for a walk and stayed most of the time in the pool area.

Overall, the objectives of the trip were met.

Good customer service and employees are very accommodating.

I will be back here.

My husband and I went to Valentino Resort and Spa for our wedding anniversary celebration. It is a quick 2hr drive from Manila so it is really accessible. The staff are nice and courteous. They have their own golf cart that the guests can ride on to get to the rooms. We got the 1 bedroom villa which cost less than 5k pesos. They also have cheaper rooms that are also nice and is more accessible to the pool area but it can only accomodate 2 pax. The villas can accomodate more guests but it is much more distant to the pool though it offers more privacy plus you can park your car right in front of the villa which is more convenient if you got lots of stuff to unload. The villa is simple and it has a really nice view of the mountain (I think it's Mount Maculot). The only thing I could complain is that the beds are small (2 single bed which is not ideal if you are on a honeymoon) and the bathroom is really basic (the hot water shower is hard to figure out how to use) plus the drainage is not that good that water tends to stuck when you're taking a shower. Anyway, the pools are nice especially the jacuzzi. They also have cabanas near the pool where you can relax. They also have a restaurant where you can dine. The meals are relatively cheap though the taste is not that exceptional. You may also order the food and have them deliver in your room. The place is very relaxing especially at night where you can only hear the sound of crickets. The staff are always smiling and I appreciate that they value your privacy but at the same time attentive to your needs. We did not have the chance to try their spa because they are already fully booked when we inquired but the ambiance is nice. The breakfast which is included in the package are just the usual filipino breakfast meal.

Summer Cez,

I have been told that you are the "Assistant manager' for the whole Resort so Please see attached videos and photos of how disgusting this hotel is!

Imagine coming to the room after travelling the whole day and finding your bed full of dead and live ants.

It took 45 mins for someone to replace it and the comforter that was given smelt of sweat! Just as DISGUSTING!!!

We would have moved if the reception was still around but they had gone home. So no choice. Stay in this filthy room and contract a skin disease!

Now the real problem is when I told someone at 7 AM that this was the issue and they gave me a 15% discount, which is a joke. She said but you used the room! Well, we had no choice because no one was there to move us!!!!

The reception was obviously not in the position to make decision but she was calling someone who obviously have no clue regarding the value of guest recovery.

I asked for the email of the GM for about 8 times and they refused to do so.
She gave me a personal email instead- clearly does not understand the severity of this issue.

So as a result I am putting this on every social media because you have had your chance. I told the reception multiple times that if I don't get the GM's email- I will use this platform.

I expect someone to contact me re this issue. Or I will keep posting including the videos.

A few hours away from Manila with a very reasonable rate. This is our second time to stay at Valentino resort and spa.

I love the space, the spa, and the pools to choose from ( around 5 of them 2 of which are for the kids).

I just hope they can maintain the place because it's a nice place to stay. Villas needs updates And the casitas by the pool.

Due to time constraints, my team and I had our Q1 2018 team buidling on this resort. This was chosen because it was surrounded by nature; trees and leaves everywhere. I also loved the leafy smell of the surroundings.

The resort itself is not that big. Not sure why they have a buggy. But you can walk from the front desk until the cabanas and pools.

The Filpino inspired lunch was enough to make us full, not super fab though. But one thing I noticed was the big fish served to us.

They got 3 pools. One was near our cabana and is just 3feet deep, where we had one of our silly games.

We headed for the deeper pool, which had a jacuzzi attached. We werent able to sample the jacuzzi since there were kids there. So, my team and I swam on the 4.5ft deep pool and had another game of 'finding the coin'. It was lil bit of a challenge since it was cloudy and the pool tiles were dark blue.

Though it is not the best resort in Lipa, this is not so bad too, if you just want to chill near the mountains and be surrounded by trees.

The rooms were a bit run down. Our bathroom didn't have a shower curtain nor did it have hooks. The light switch was also very dirty. Our standard room looked old and looked like they didn't really put that much thought with the design. I think a renovation would breathe new life into the rooms.

The pool area was okay. We ordered drinks while lounging by the pool and they didn't even have a table to put the drinks on.

Although the place is supposed to be a "spa", the therapists/masseuse were limited in number and last booking was at 8:30PM. We expected the "spa" to be open much later.

The only saving grace of Valentino were the friendly staff. Kudos to Oliver and Zosil for going out of their way to make sure our needs were met. They were warm and very helpful.

Will wait for a renovation before staying overnight again.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary here. We got the Deluxe room for P2100/overnight and I can say that their prices for their accommodations, food, spa and amenities are in equal to what you will get. Superb! We tried their pork sisig for P205/plate, it was good 3
Actually! And it's So Yummy! The 3 pool settings are inviting, clean and not so cold. They have jacuzzi too! I like the idea that as guests, you can leave love locks near the parking area. We were not prepared, so we just left our tags there instead (which you must wear all the time while inside the resort, otherwise, you'll be charged). We also tried the massage for P350each, 60mins was not enough Bec it was very relaxing! The resort was well-maintained & everyone is friendly&smiling. To add, you can view the magnificent Mt. Makulot in daytime just behind the pavilion. We are definitely going back!

Me and my wife went here recently last October 19,2014 for an overnight stay.

When we arrived, the security guard greeted us and showed us to the office. When we arrived, we asked if we can see the rooms before we check in to check it if we would like to stay. Little did we know they suddenly toured us through the whole facility and was amazed with what other people were saying about this place in this site.

They showed us all the rooms and facilities and we chose the Deluxe room and stayed for the night. The pool was not that "Cold" since it was sunny back then. Also they opened the Jacuzzi which me and my wife truly enjoyed.

We were amazed by their "Customer Service" and when they asked why we went here, i mentioned it was our honeymoon and wow SUPERB SERVICE. they made sure that we were taken cared off and that we had a romantic stay.

What i didn't expect was a Big Spider in the resort "my wife loves nature trips so she is SANAY" although halmless!

We enjoyed our stay and will surely comeback!

Try their Lechon Kawali and Tortang talong! it was so delicious!

Customer service: 10 out of 10
Place: 8 out of 10
Food: 8.5 out of 10

Tip: Make sure to use all of their pools it was a good place to swim!

Go to Alps', Jam or DLTB's terminal in Cubao. Look for a bus bound to Batangas. Make sure it will pass by Lipa/Tambo. Alight at Tambo Exit (most people will get off there), and then look for a jeepney bound to Lemery. Tell the driver that you're going to Valentino. You can either walk or ride a tricyle to Valentino.
