It seemed like it was part of the Novo Retail Store/General Merchandise. There are no available parking lots in front of the hotel entrance itself. It could be the typical hotel for budget travelers and the type who just wanna lay down and rest due to the extreme heat and/or weather conditions that the bustling city brings. The heat can really exhaust your energy. Apart from it is right beside the store above mentioned, it is also surrounded by a variety of commercial establishments big and small alike. A few minutes walk are convenient shops and stores like Dunkin' Donuts, 7-11, Mercury Drug and Jollibee. I have mentioned the following stores since the hotel seemed to serve only breakfast for overnight guests which can only be served as early as 7am only and not earlier than that. There is a security guard that open and closes the door for you. A couple of attendants at the front desk where you can leave the key card/s every time you go out. Check in very flexible as well as check out time. This is one very good thing about this hotel, you can check in any time and check out anytime as well. Meaning they can just compute the hours you used and charge only those hours to you. You can pay the estimated hours you wish to stay and can add o\n to whatever extension you may used up. There are no elevators though. So the elderly may take time to go upstairs. On the second floor landing is a coffee shop with no coffee, supplies and barista. But it's understandable, it seemed that it's supposed to cater to your table and chairs needs in case you and your company of family and friends wants to eat together. On our floor as well as in the lobby, a refreshments counter is available for snacks and beverages such as water and colored drinks. As for the room's amenities, ours had a single queen-sized bed, maybe because our companions then assumed that since we were a couple, they have already though ahead that we will b needing "sexy time" if you know what I'm talking. But actually, we were ready to share a dorm or a family room but it seems they do not want us to be "family" or dorm mates. Anyway, going back, sorry for the blabber, apart from the bed, of course, there is air conditioning. 2 pillows, a blanket, 2 bath towels, 2 pairs of slippers, a roll of tissue, 2 round soaps and I think there are sachets of shampoo as well. There are also 2 sets of toothbrushes and toothpastes. The hotel, apart from the lack of parking lot is still near some destinations like an art and music place which I forgot the name but I will also do a review on that place, SM Lipa and Robinson's Lipa. View from the very small window not to mention is the window of the other rooms. Finally, I think this hotel is really practical due to its very flexible hours. It has reasonable rates based on the amenities and toiletries for guests' disposal/use. Sadly, it has no parking lot right in front the hotel's entrance. Generally, it is still great.…
