Stayed here for 14 days while visiting family and friends. Ask for room #3 - was a great location. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We opted for the breakfast in our stay and was glad we did. Did get a little repetitive after a week but was still a good choice.

On November 2021, we had an overnight stay with Rose Villas to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I highly recommend this resort for those who want to have a quick escaped from the busy and noisy city of the metro. I had it booked with Agoda and before the date of our reservation I called them and asked if they are accomodating guests with pets. Luckily, they are but with an accomodation fee. I politely asked them if it’s possible for my pet (shih tzu) to be accomodated for free since it’s our first time to check-in in their place. Surprisingly, they granted our request. They have a huge parking space, the staffs are very accomodating, they are pet friendly resort, they even have their own dog who welcomes guests when they arrive to the place, the villa we stayed is cozy tho the furniture are kinda old and we saw some webs in the ceiling but it doesn’t affect us at all. Their infinity pool is instagramable and some parts of the resort is really peaceful and you can really feel that you are very close to nature. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this resort and definitely will come back for another memorable experience.

The place is really amazing, pero ang service at food HINDI!!! 2 hours lang binigay nilang time para magswimming, so pinili namin ay yung last slot 8-10pm not knowing na may magagawa pala n tent in front of the pool, there are about 10-20 men na nadun kasi following day pala may gaganaping debut party. Nagrequest ako na kung pwde kahit matigil yung ginagawa nilang tent kahit for 2hours (the time alloted to us). Ang sagot samin, hindi daw exclusive yung pagbobook namin at may makakakita pa din naman daw sa amin kahit wala sila. Imagine 6 kaming babae maliligo sa pool surrounded by men. Aware naman kami na may makakakita sa amin but expected namin guest din tulad namin. The front desk is rude but the crew and other staff is magalang.

Rooms = 5 Customer Service = 4.5 Cleanliness = 5 Food = 3 Facilities = 4.5 If you're looking for a place to relax and have a "ME TIME". This place is perfect for you. Check in = 3pm Check out = 11am Th rooms are small but decent and the beds are comfy. They have hot and cold shower. Tv with limited channels. Mini Fridge. Cabinets for your Clothes. You can bring food but you need to pay for corkage fees. This pandemic time, their kitchen is close but they are offering breakfast but limited choices only. It is far away from malls but there are nearby sari sari store that sell limited food. Swimming pool is also available and you need to book it in advance, since they are strictly practicing social distancing. They have 2 pools, one for adult and one for kids. They also allowed pets, but please bring cage. Wifi, on time of our visit wifi is dead 😑, so this is the time that we talk to each other and have a bond. Overall experience, was great and very relaxing 😀

This is an affordable weekend getaway. Just located one and half hour away from Manila, I couldn't believe I can find this in a city like Lipa. I love the surroundings. Our room has a small lanai. Overall, I love the interior of the room. The staff and the owner were very accommodating. He personally asked our experience while staying in the resort. Will definitely go back.

We stayed for only one night and the place is wonderful and romantic. Of course is new resort and they will need to improve some things but the way the rooms are design and the surroundings of it make it perfect specially for the prixñce ( not very expensive) I would highly recommend this wonderful resort

We visited the place for our post Valentine’s Day date. We opted to have it in the cabana. The set up, decors and background music are nice and other details. The food served was good. They offered a set meal which was steak, plain rice, a choice of side and pasta, a glass of red wine for each. The serving was quite generous for a set meal. My suggestion is to complete the meal. Come up to add soup, a salad maybe, dessert and drinks like juice or shake. Use a more appropriate serving size per food / entreé for the costing not to jump high and to retain its affordability. Complete meal will complement a good set up though. 😊

It was a rainy long weekend...First day, didn't do anything because it was raining the entire time. Second day, hooray, weather got better and we were able to enjoy the pool. Room was clean and the resort provided the basics. They call it the good morning kit - soap and dental kit. So, bring your own shampoo and hair dryer (if you need it). There was an electric kettle but no coffee provided, just 2 bottled water. Anyway, garden is well-maintained, pool is clean and beautiful, which we super enjoyed. As for the food, well, the adobo is weird. This is an area they can improve on since there is not much option for the guests but to eat there. I do not think there are restos nearby. You can check if food delivery is an option. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Bring snacks - chips, biscuits and some drinks! Not sure if it's the season but there are a lot of flies. When you are done eating your meal, ask them to clear the table immediately so flies don't swarm your area. Note: They have no dining hall, so we eat at our room terrace.

The room was clean and big. Very very lovely resort. Highly recommended. Wifi in the room was not so great, need to go to reception area if you want to use the internet. Food was ok. Breakfast was already prepared when you wake up in the morning, so that is a plus for me. The swimming pool was awesome. The staff were polite. You can even call for food delivery from Liam's Lomi house, Yellow cab, McDonald's & Jollibee. That was nice too. They have beer and snacks also in the resort, so you don't need to go out. :D Budget wise, this resort is in the mid range. Love the serene place, it has a Christian aura. Great for couples also.
