Fixtures broken. Bathroom super tiny. Hot water won't work. Only one tiny bar of soap given. Quiet far from the city center. No elevator. Door won't lock from outside.
+ Sheets, carpet, rug seem to be clean.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel for a night on a 'Deluxe' room with Air Conditioning (A/C) worth P700/night.

Good:
Comfortable Bed
Working Hot & Cold shower
Clean and spacious room (especially the shower & toilet room)
Convenient store nearby (Ritz convenient store see google maps)
Helpful staff

Bad:
A/C can be quite loud even at 'Low' cool

Comfort room is next to a kitchen (you can clearly hear the people talking and I'm sure they can hear us as well).

Contacting them can be difficult (mobile number no longer exists, social media presence seems non-existent)

Overall - For the price of P700 the experience was OK. I wouldn't recommend staying in that room for more than 2 nights.

Visited Jan 13-16, 2015. The hotel is between the airport/bus terminal and Surigao City proper, nearer the city proper off the highway.
Easy to find as it is just after a bridge. Tricycle drivers know where it is.
The hotel staff are helpful. You will feel the homey atmosphere after you get past the reception area.
There is a living room with a big tv. Right after the living room is the dining area with a long dining table. Way past the dining area is the laundry area. Just like a home with a view of the river at the back.
The Inn was clean. We had room Korea on the ground floor, rooms are named after countries. The room was really value for money. Fair sized room and bathroom.Downside were the the aircon in the room was noisier than normal, from time to time you hear chirping, probably from a smoke alarm and the water heater was not working. These were not so bad to disturb my sleep keep me from taking a bath.
One plus is a farmers market Tuesdays and Wednesdays just a short walk to the street perpendicular to the Inn. Fresh fruits, vegetables and some native delicasies were sold.
I will be willing to stay here again.

We arrived at 11pm from lipata port, so were no longer picky on which inn we would stay except for one requirement that it should have a heater on the bathroom. And so we choose to stay in this inn since the former two inns we visited has no heater. We stayed at rm 105. As we got in, the room smells like a stinky feet😅👈 and as we used the heater it didnt work properly and the water has a rusty smell. So it seems that i didnt took a bath after all😅. I alredy told the staff. Hope they will fix this problem😊

The rooms at Surigao Tourist Inn are basic and the bathroom in the room I stayed in was a bit tight, that when you opened the door, you hit the toilet seat so you couldn't fully open the door. It’s a bit far from the city center & places to eat, so you’d need to ride a tricycle or habal-habal to get around. They do serve breakfast downstairs for a price, along with some snacks & drinks. For an overnight stay, I think these budget rooms are a good option.

I stayed 3 nights in their new branch hotel. Room was great for 600 but the the water is sucks ! The first day , I asked why is it the water is dirty ? And they told me that they just clean the tank and it we'll be clean soon. It's been 3 days and the the water is still the same. And hot & cold shower is not working too. It's funny because the room is good for 2 person and they just give us and one sheet and when I asked them for one more sheet, they asked for 35 pesos. I mean 35 it's not a big thing but why they just let two person in one room and give only one sheet which is not really good enough to share since it wasn't that big enough for two person. It's still nice to stay in this place. Hopefully they'll fix the water :)

Every time my boyfriend visit me in Surigao we would always check-in here. First because its cheaper compared to other hotels in Surigao, second because its closer to everywhere we want to go, and its quiet in here. The rooms are clean and well maintained. For almost 24hrs, you can have the room for as low as 600php. They have a small cafe and offer some food if you want to eat. You can also ask them if you want to go to Siargao and other places in Surigao. They would be really glad to help. The crew are very helpful and courteous. As for the rooms its not that crammed and not so small. It has a cable TV and hot and cold shower. They also give toiletries. AC is working well and you can have a good night sleep here without worrying about the expense.

We choose this hotel because it was one of the lowest prices we found in Surigao City, but we where satisfied with our choice even if cheap price.

The rooms where clean, the bed is good, and the staff is super nice.

When we wanted to go to Siargao island, I asked the staff, if we can leave our luggage in this hotel until we return from Siargao, and they where really happy to help us.
Cannot complain at all about the service and the hotel

Totally not like in the pictures. We had bugs and ants in the room. Cold water. There's no kitchen anymore so we just ate instant noodle for breakfast. Ok location.
You can definitely find something better for a little bit more cash- it's probably gonna be for one night so its ok to spend 500 pesos on better quality.

Cheap. Very clean. Room is ok but shower give you either very cold water or VERY HOT. Dangerous hot I'm sure 70 degrees Pressure are very low.
They have restaurant but no food. Because their cook was sick. Of same reason they have no ice (!)
You can get food and ice too other side street. But a hotel without ice...
Hotel other side street said they are open 24. My plan was eat my dinner there. But only food they could serve was same food they make 8 hours earlier. But now cold
I loose my appetite
Wifi in room but so slow so it's useless
No breakfast. No room service. But bed was ok and its most important if you want to sleep. It´s not fr rom ferry terminal if you will go with boat to Siargao Island
