The location is good, it's just next to the shopping area, Dotonburi. You could find lots of food around but long queue. There's Seven11 and Lawson beside, train station is just a few minutes walk.

The single room is good enough the a person. It's clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is on request basis, but new towels are given daily, if you like to empty your dustbin just leave it outside the door before you leave the hotel. If you need a new set of pyjamas and floor mat, you could request from receptionist. Or just call before 10am for housekeeping.

There's place to hang your jacket, shelves to place your belongings, free VOD.
Aircon could be adjusted "cool room" or "warm room". They provide a multi connector charger (Type C, Micro USB, iphone).

I must say this hotel was outstanding in every way. First, the location is absolutely great. In the heart of Dotonbori and convenient to train stations. My room, though tiny was spotless, quiet and maneuverable. The hotel seemed new with very little wear and tear. The hotel offered free drinks, including beer throughout the day which was a nice perk. If you choose this hotel, and you should, make sure you get breakfast included. This was by far the best breakfast of all the hotels I stayed in in Japan. The breakfast room is pleasant, the food presented beautifully and the choice between western and Asian dishes incredible. By far they had the best scramble eggs I have ever had in my life. There are even raw eggs for those who like to mix it with rice. The choice, again, was great and if you go away hungry then shame on you. I, who you can see am not a 1 review person, highly recommend this hotel with one caveat, if you are one of those perpetual complainers about room size in Japan, the perhaps go to an overpriced Western chain hotels, otherwise, you can do no better than the Vessel Inn Namba in Osaka!

It was just ok. I stayed in small rooms all over Japan now, but this was next level. It was marketed as a “ standard double” but it was really only suitable for one person. The bed was pushed against a corner so one person had to crawl over the other to get out. Even though we booked for two people, they gave us 1 pillow, 1 towel, and 1 bottle of water. We had to call repeatedly to ask for more basics. They also require you to alert reception by a certain hour if you want your room cleaned. 10 minutes after that deadline is too late. There is no flexibility or attention to detail, so while they provided a clean bed and a hot shower, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good location and modern hotel however you get what you pay for. We tried to get drinking water from the hotel restaurant which was said to be complimentary, however were stopped by the restaurant manager (in front of everyone) and she told us to drink from our bathroom taps which is poor customer service when we weren’t given any drinking water in our rooms. You are also required to notify reception by 10am each day if you need room service, overall good cost and location however the customer service can do with some improvement instead of asking your customers to drink from their bathroom taps.

Yes, it's small, and you might struggle with two people if you both have big luggage. But it wasn't any smaller than the other places I stayed in Japan, to be fair! It was also clean and comfortable, and check-in and check-out was very efficient. The bathroom is basic but fine. The sink is too shallow for most water bottles to fit underneath the tap, however there is a short, fat kettle that you can fit and then pour into water bottles. The location is pretty incredible, being about a minute from the iconic Dotomburi bridge. I must admit though, night after night of staying in a nightlife area was a bit tiring (I must be getting old)! Would stay here again.

The hotel is really close to attractions, and there are convenience store nearby, but the convenience store is having a relatively low stock and also lack of some popular products. You might have to walk further to try finding what you want.
It’s a walking distance around 10 minutes then you will arrive the Namba station which is convenient if you travel early in the morning.
The hotel room is small as you show us the ones you see in Japan, the room air conditioner is really cold compared to others, however the worst part is that the noise from the corridor is really loud and the noise from outside continues until 2or 3 am, since red lightdistricts is nearby. I will recommend it if you are not a shallow sleeper.

Excellent location to Dotonburi centre and so central. Rooms are so tiny but modern. The bed is pushed to the wall, so quite difficult to lie down if you are on the side of the wall. If you have 2 big suitcases, it would be difficult. With that said, there are ample amenities such as a refrigerator which was appreciated.

Check in of the hotel is on the 2nd floor and on the street level, guests have access to free drinks such as coffee, tea, and pop from 2 pm to 10 pm.

Fantastic location in Dotonbori - but on the border of the busy market area. Access to subway and trains, restaurants, shopping - all within a few mins walking distance.
Rooms are small but efficient for a single person. Check in and check out very smooth. Has a coin laundry on the 8th floor! (That was so useful). Water (use your own bottle - reuse plastic) also available in the common area.

All very convenient and absolutely nothing to complain about!

P.S. rooms are quite small if two people are checking in!

This hotel is in an A+ location, steps from Dotonbori, shopping streets, restaurants and sights. Only few minutes walk from Namba subway station and airport limo bus stop. The staff is polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are small but a comfort double has room for luggage. And you can fit suitcases under bed. They have a restaurant with breakfast and offer free drink in afternoon. Would highly recommend this hotel.
