This hotel is a in a good location for Disneyland though a bit dated. The light switches and fixtures in the room I was given were all controlled by a hard to reach panel in between the beds and the furnishing just looked old and beaten up. Though, there might be newer rooms in another area of the hotel. There is also a beautiful garden and another rock garden in the hotel.

We arrived around midnight and though check-in took a while, it was quick once the process started. If you use an international card and they show you a slip which indicates a currency conversion or ask if you would like to pay in your home currency. I would recommend refusing and asking to pay in Japanese Yen. If you accept, you will be accepting the conversion rate by their bank and the additional fee charged and your own banks conversion rate is usually better.

The room are very spacious and quiet as soon as the balcony door is shut, though the surfaces were covered in a layer of dust when we initially entered the room. Some of the amenities were refilled daily. The beds are hard but comfortable. We had a view of a construction site which I believe is the new Tokyo Disneyland attraction that will open later this year, so I think views will be dramatically better once construction is finished.

For the 3 nights we stayed at the hotel, we went to the Grand Cafe for breakfast. The food was okay. There was a selection of both Japanese and western food, a salad bar, fruit and yoghurt bar and a desert bar at the breakfast buffet. Not to mention a cute little desert area accessible by children.

Location wise, it is very convenient and right across from one of the monorail stations on the Disneyland line. There is a free shuttle that serves the hotel from the station, it stops at Hotel Okura first and then the Sheraton.

We bought our Disneyland tickets at the hotel, a quick and easy process. There is a Disney store and a couple of other stores for other bit and bobs inside the hotel. If you’re going on a busy day to Disneyland, it pays to stay at one of their affiliated hotels as you’re guaranteed entry and can buy the tickets before you enter the park. Not many of the staff I attempted to speak to spoke or understood English, so be prepared for that. Overall, it was an all right stay.

Visited in August to spend time in the outdoor Garden Pool. Pool reservations were required. Time was limited to three and a half hours, which was not really enough. They say they limit guest numbers due to COVID, however it was extremely crowded and all parasols were sold out (there is a charge for these). I counted 5 parasols which were not used my entire stay at the pool. The hotel should monitor these. If guests reserve them but do not show up, please give them to people who actually need them. The Garden Pool really needs to provide more parasols, and they absolutely need to consider families with young children. We have a 3 year old and were unable to find any space with shade. This is unacceptable and honestly dangerous. Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay needs to take this issue more seriously. Other than the issues above, the pool is a lot of fun and great for young children (lots of shallow space). There's also a waterfall which is very exciting.

We stayed in an Ocean Dream room with a garden view. These have a nice view of the garden and pool and have 2 or more beds. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bath is a shower/tub combination. I would have preferred separate shower and tub as pictured in some of their descriptions.

We had both dinner and breakfast (included) at the Grand Cafe. Dinner was nice, food was fresh, with a large variety, but far too expensive for vegetarians like myself. Over ¥6000 per person! I feel almost cheated, there's no way I received the value in which I paid for. Unfortunately, there were NO other options available. I contacted the hotel beforehand and they confirmed both Maihama Teppanyaki and Asuka did not offer vegetarian options.

Check in (Sunday) and check out (Monday) were extremely slow. Far too slow for a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. And I had an issue with charging my room upon check in. Why not charge me upon check out, after I charge the pool and restaurant to my room? There's no need for this in 2020.

We arrived very early to check-in and the front desk took all of our bags so we could enjoy the day at Disney, we came back to the room and all of our luggage was sitting in our room waiting for us. A very clean and high end finishes room on the 9th floor with a great view of Mt.Fiji in the sunset awaited us. Everything was modern, high end and rather large compared to the other hotel in Tokyo we stayed at. Room service was amazing and worth the overpriced amounts. The food was amazing, fresh, and hot when it arrived. On my next trip to Tokyo, I will be staying in this hotel again. Thank you for amazing friendly staff, professionalism, and overall great stay.

We travelled as a Grouo of 3 adults and 2 kids (4 & 6) and booked a family premium 5 bed room. The room included club access. The room was large, with 2 small double beds and 3 singles. The toilet was seperate to the bathroom.

The club access worked well for us. Coming in on an overnight flight from Australia meant that we were pretty tired on arrival. We got there around 2 and we could utilise the lounge while we waited for the room. Food is served from 5ish (maybe 5:30) until 7. More than adequate for a light meal. Beer is served until 8.

Disney monorail station it literally across the road from the hotel. They also have scheduled free busses transporting you from the hotel to Maihama station.

All in all, a super convenient hotel for visiting Disney parks. Also pretty convenient for teamlab.

i noticed that all the hotels in the disneyland area, has shuttle bus service to the monorail, Sheraton has one as well, at almost every 5mins interval.

Most of the rooms cater to a family of 4, so size wise, it's rather comfortable for 3 of us. Also there is balcony with sea view. I do not recall they had toiletries for kids.

Kids room - my kid refuse to leave the kids room for Disneyland. haha. So definitely recommend this hotel for family with kids. especially, when it's raining and not convenient to go to Disneyland.

oh, there is vending machine on every floor, so it's convenient to get drinks and some snacks.

Hotel was comfortable staying in the junior suite with ocean view. Large enough to fit 6 people ,4 adult & two children . Two TV.
Club lounge food and beverages was excellent as lunch and dinner as a club lounge access provide free/ all inclusive beverages and food for hot breakfast/light lunch & dinner snacks which is value for money when paying for accomodation
Great views in the club lounge, happy hours 5-7pm.
Staff are very courteous and helpful. Free shuttle bus from the station, so if it is raining then wait for the free 1 minute bus ride otherwise you can walk over th eother side of the street where the accomodation 200 metres walk.
Hotel lacks a good buffet dinner as the one onsite is only a buffet but not have the usual seafood buffet as the likes of in Asia or Sydney however they do have ice cream for the kids if its worth $75
Fitness centre is not what it appears on the website, there is limited tread mills, a whopping 2 treadmill for a large hotel, minimal weights etc so more investment into fitness equipment would be recommended. Onsen baths misleading on website, actual size 3 x 3 mtrs on a conservative side, so not worth paying for it if not included in your accomodation

Since all the Disney Hotels were full or available on inconsistent days, we had to stay at one of the Hotels near Bayside Station. We chose Sheraton mainly because of the mini golf in Oasis (lol) and the free Wi-Fi (without password) available in the hotel. We stayed at the Park Wing area of the hotel, and I noticed a flaw that need to be fixed; we could access the Park Wing entrance and elevator WITHOUT any key cards. My suggestion is to fix the access to the Park Wing side of the hotel since accessing the area is easy and could potentially cause some security issues in the hotel. However, the issue is not a major one and could be fixed as soon as possible. I tried American Breakfast in our room; the omelets, pastries, and hot chocolate made the breakfast exceptional and sublime. In addition, the hotel has a nice, value small market shop near the entrance to the Park Wing area; the market has noodle cups, yogurt, and drinks available for people willing to eat or drink snacks and quick food meals before heading to DisneySea/Disneyland or having a late snack. The beds and pillows were comfy for sleeping and dreaming of the magic in the world of Disney. I think there should be more TV selections in Sheraton, especially Disney Channel (if it is still available) or a Disney+ streaming option since the hotel is in the Disney Resort Area-ish. Finally, the mini golf course was fun to compete against my sister, but some parts of the mini golf course were dirty and needed cleaning. One hole (Hole #8 I believe) was filled with gross, liquid-like mud in the hole, so I recommend cleaning the mini golf course as soon as possible since there were areas, especially Hole #8, that were dirty (course, golf balls, etc.). Overall, I believe this is the best resort near Bayside Station and hopefully, some of the flaws in the resort can be fixed as soon as possible.

Check in took a while, lots of long explanations and delays. Baggage delivery took about an hour and a half. Total time about 2 hours from check in to receipt of baggage. For non peak season, this is far too long.

This was our annual Halloween visit, and there were fewer decorations than usual. The Halloween desserts at Toastina were very cute though, as well as the Halloween photo spot.

The upgrade to a Treasures Room from a Standard Room was appreciated. I would recommend these rooms for those with children. The rooms (and the entire floor) is decorated with kids in mind. If you need to do any work though, I’d probably choose another room option. There is no desk, just a round dining style table, and the location of the table is away from the lights so it’s a bit dark.

Quick and convenient food options are extremely limited at the hotel, with just a cafe (Toastina) and tiny convenience store available. There are very few options at Toastina, almost nothing for children, and no vegetarian options. The only other hotel dining options are the full service restaurants and room service.

Marriott Bonvoy Elite Members take note. Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay has gotten rid of most benefits. Though Platinum Members still receive the standard upgrades and Club Lounge access, they no longer offer Oasis Club Passes, free parking, or dining discounts. Instead, they only offer a single choice upon check in. As a loyal guest (we visited the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay almost monthly throughout the pandemic) this is a huge disappointment.

The lounge also seems to be cutting back on services. They no longer offer children’s dishes, they’ve cut down on items in the bar area, and the food offerings in general seem to have been reduced. In the past, they’ve been really nice about preparing me a vegetarian main dish as they do not offer any during the evening cocktail service. This visit however, they did not prepare anything, and did not mention anything or give an explanation (even though I emailed beforehand to confirm).

Overall, the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay is a good place for families with young children. They offer a variety of room choices, services and amenities for children (except food), and facilities for kids to enjoy themselves (like a games arcade, mini golf, pool, and play area). However, it seems that they are continuously cutting services and benefits, especially for their most valuable Bonvoy elite members.

The Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel is a clean and updated place to stay while visiting the Tokyo Disneyland and Sea. The monorail to the Disney parks is right out the front driveway, there is a shuttle that can drop people, but to be honest it's faster walk. The hotel is family friendly, yet, it does feel more like a business hotel. Despite it's ambiance, the hotel offers a Namco arcade with crane games, a miniature golf course, and a Disney resort store.

The rooms are cozy, but it fit four twin sized beds with a little room to walk between beds. I appreciated that the room did not smell like smoke (I read other reviews that stated they did), but ours did not, saving my family from allergic reactions.

The bathroom is a good size, as it does have an ofuro and shower in one area and the toilet and sink in another. I loved the Toto shower, but I did not get to soak in the ofuro. The shower does have shampoo, conditioner and body wash mounted on the wall, but the smells were very American--too strong for my liking.

We tried the buffet once and the combini once. The picture attached was the view we had while eating breakfast; beautiful despite the construction. The food choice was excellent, it highlighted Chiba and western foods such as rice, curry, fresh fish, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, waffles and an excellent crossiant (I want more of that)!

The combini on property is open late. It offered a variety of instant noodles, onigiri, various snacks, toys for pets (as this is a pet friendly hotel) and drinks. The onigiri was the only thing I could eat due to a sensitive stomach, but it was so delicious. I was thankful that the store was open late as nothing else was open on property or in Ikspiari.

I do wish the staff allowed me to check in with my husband (Japanese speaking), they made him wait on the side, as the reservations was under my father and I. It made dealing with the front desk difficult, despite the worker speaking decent English. I tried to explain that I needed him to translate, but they kept denying anyone else to come to the front desk.

The hotel is a bit dated but it is a huge hotel with Disney all around. Disney Sea is not so far away, and you can take the team from across the street to get there.

The room is really large and has a nice balcony that can overlook the park, and you can see the firework show daily at 8:30pm.

The breakfast buffet is really expansive and there are a lot of Japanese and Western style food.

There is a nice pool in the back but it was closed because of the cooler weather. There are also a bunch of kids indoor activities.

Although it is a very large hotel it close to Disney and is perfect for families.

There is a limousine bus that leaves at 20:30 from Haneda terminal 2 , arriving at 21:20 at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay. It's not expensive and very convenient. However, it might be difficult to catch due to your arrival time. Having said that, local trains and other limousine bus services run to Disney resort area. The information desks at Haneda will be able to guide you well.
