I stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo twice or three times a year and the employees are really nice and kind. The service level is really high and the hotel condition is good. You can have a nice Japanese style of breakfast at Kako.

No problems getting a nonsmoking room. Part of the public area allows smoking but generally it was better than expected.

It is expected to open around July time frame. Not sure of the exact date. Might be worth asking the e Conceirge to be certain. Safe travels.
