We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel for a number of reasons:
Food
We're from the UK and the breakfast was a nice balance pf familiar and traditional japanese food that gave us time to ease into the food culture, I'll miss the breakfasts!!
Room
Quite small for 2 travelling for long times with large suitcases I'm 6ft 2 and my partner is 5 ft 8 we danced around each other alot in the double room we had. This is my only reason for 4* there is some room under the bed for a large suitcase.
Location
A short walk from station, right next to some great resteraunts and some fantastic nightlife. We found it easy to get here from airport, and easy to get around the attractions via the Shinjuku station. There are many stores near by too, and a walk away from the Love sign meeting point if you do any excursions. Although its so close to everything it was fairly quiet af night, we had no problem sleeping.
Quality
It was clean, and tidy. With tea and coffee in the rooms. Pyjamas and extras such as toothbrushes, shampoos and shavers, a hairdryer, bottles of water are provided also, and the staff were very friendly. It was a pleasant experience. We checked in late 11pm and there was still helpful staff behind the desk.

We've stayed here previously because it has a very low price in a fairly convenient location. And the place is clean. Though a bit sketchy at night, no one really bothers you. But that's probably why you need your room key to enter the hotel even during the day time. The rooms were extremely small but we're used to this in Tokyo. There are no closets so you store everything under the bed. We did the breakfast buffet once and liked the new improvements. A lot more choices and always refilled. Loved the lady that worked there. Reminded me of the school cafeteria ladies. They clean rooms every other day but they do provide new towels and toiletries every day.

Room Tip: There is a park next door that holds random food festivals that are worth a look.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is kind of convenient, not far from most happening spots like Kabuki Tower in Shinjuku, the cool 3D cat billboard, etc. Our hotel room was rather small; we had big bags so it got a bit cramped. The hotel seems a bit old but quite clean in general. The best part about this hotel is their buffet breakfast; it offers food in Japanese and Western styles. The lady who works at the restaurant always greeted us with a big smile and was very attentive.

My two sons and I stayed in this hotel for a total of 5 nights during a holiday in Japan. The staff are very helpful and friendly - and the location is perfect being about a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station. It is also in the middle of one of the busiest and most popular bar and restaurant areas in all of Tokyo. Like many Japanese hotels the rooms are small but comfortable and very functional. And pay extra for the breakfast! It's a buffet featuring a large variety of warm dishes, including some of the tastiest bacon I have ever had. It's run by a very nice lady originally from the Philippines and she makes sure that everything runs smoothly.
There are also dozens of convenience stores in the surrounding streets so you can buy replacements for anything you might have forgotten - and they are also great for midnight snacks.

Watch out!
They do not inform guests that they do not do housekeeping daily. In our 5 day stay, they only did it once. And guests have no choice but to comply!Staff is unfriendly especially the men at the front desk. I asked for an extra laundry bag and they asked "why isn't one laundry bag enough?" I respectfully answered that 1 laundry bag for 4 days worth of clothes will not be enough. Late checkout at 12nn comes with a hefty fee. No consideration here at all.
Rooms are very tiny. Barely enough space to put a luggage inside.
Breakfast is ok.

I stayed at the hotel with a plan that included breakfast.
The staff at the breakfast venue were able to properly assist foreign guests in English.
The buffet was worth the breakfast price, with fresh salads and a wide selection of Japanese, Western and Korean side dishes, so I enjoyed a delicious morning.
The venue was clean, and ingredients were well replenished.
I was happy that the free coffee was available to take away.

The hotel is located right in the Shinjuku district. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. The breakfast is good and includes many Japanese dishes, but also croissants and jam.
The rooms are very small, like all rooms in Tokyo, but they are well furnished and you can easily manage with large suitcases.

My recent stay at this hotel was a real disappointment.
Old hotel, with impassable lifts.
The room, just 5 square meters, is so small that it is impossible for two people to move without getting in the way. The space is so small that there is not even a suitable place for luggage; the only "Recommendation" of the hotel was to put them under the bed, an absurd and uncomfortable solution. In addition, the cleanliness was superficial, with obvious dust and a bathroom that did not inspire confidence. The bed itself was a nightmare: small, uncomfortable and with a poor quality mattress. If you suffer from claustrophobia or simply want a minimum of comfort, I recommend that you absolutely avoid this hotel. An unlivable experience from every point of view.

The rooms are small business rooms size for Japanese but to spend the night this is not a problem. The hotel is well in the middle of the Kabuchiko district, but practically nothing heard from the outside sounds of the room. Breakfast is varied between western and eastern. Be careful not to expect the large buffet like European hotels, but the food is very appetizing.
Helpful and respectful staff.

A nice hotel in a great location. Great value for the buffet breakfst. The rooms were comfortable enough Plenty of restaurants near the hotel and an easy walk to Omoide Yokocho, an interesting narrow street littered with small bars and definitely worth a visit.
