Very nice hotel, exceptionally clean and a reasonably sized room with very comfy bedding and pillows. We Hadn't booked Breakfast so added it on a very reasonable £7 a head and well worth it with a great selection. Ideally located fro Kitahama station and has a few reasonably priced restaurants near by and a convenience store round the corner. On a small downside we arrived three hours before check in and told the room was not ready, but for a fee it would be ready! I thought this a bit sharp practice at first, we had just been travelling for 16 hours and need the room so paid an extra around £18. In the UK if your room is generally ready if you arrive early they let you in. I then find this is done at all or most hotels in Japan so they are not alone in this. The room was cheap enough anyway so not to worried about hit would still recommend staying here. Staff were very polite.

Two families met for 4 nights over Christmas staying at the Best Western Plus hotel. We liked the quiet location close to many of the activities we wanted to do (don't miss Osaka castle which is a nearby walk). The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and the bathrooms spotless. We missed the use of a fitness room which seems to have closed in April 2023. We also missed the use of a public bath which we enjoyed elsewhere in Japan. But this didn't distract from our enjoyment of the hotel. Highlight for us was breakfast each morning (1,650 Yen pp if you buy the night before - though interestingly no discount for kids under 12). A great spread which suited everyone. The ladies at breakfast were a delight, all supplies were topped up regularly (we had 5 hungry teenage boys to feed!!) with a smile. Would recommend and like to return some day.

We were very leery of staying here because of the brand name in the United States. However, Best Western in Japan is a greatt experience. Service was excellent. Breakfast was really, really good and included in our room cost. Couldn't believe what a great value we got for our money. Kitahama Station was literally right across the street so we could take the subway around and get to the train station easily to use our JR rail pass. I will stay here every time in future visits to Osaka!

I came back from sightseeing around Osaka, and I came back to the hotel and my key didn't work on the elevator. So the front desk had to reassign my key. Then when I got to my room I saw it was unlocked.. I think the front desk desk assigned my room to someone else key. I am not sure what is missing in my room.. *update* front desk said the data on my key cards said my check out was for 1 night, but on their system my check out is 2 nights.. And they also said that it could've been the cleaners.. I had the do not disturb sign on my door, and if they did enter my room it wasn't cleaned.. And by the way the front desk told me that there is no camera system/setting on my floor the fifth floor, so if you booked this place request not the fifth floor.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Good location. While the rooms were small compared to the United States, they were fine. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and quiet. I would compare the bathroom size to ones on a cruise ship. Still everything you need. This hotel has a small washer/dryer facility if you need it. They provided complimentary toiletries, even umbrellas. The staff was very helpful. Train station was close. Though their breakfast facility wasn't reopened yet, there are coffee shops and bakeries in very short walking distance. 7-Eleven and small grocery marts are too. Post office is nearby too. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern hotel with excellent service. Amenities are available and some are free. There’s a nearby Metro station and convenience store. Dotonbhori is just near as well, taking Uber after a long day of shopping is very convenient and cheap too.

I had a nice staying this hotel. The room was so comfy and feel safe, bed was super soft and the pillows also. Bathroom was nice and have space. Love the breakfast, Takoyaki was super yummy and corn soup was extremely delicious. Even there's no shopping street or shopping place around the hotel, but there is super easy to get to Kitahama Subway Station. Have place to eats around hotel. I love this hotel and highly recommended to everyone who want to have nice stay in Osaka.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is professional and courteous. Osaka Castle is within walking distance and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. Its less than a 10-minute walk to the Yodoyabashi stop on the Midosuji line that will take you straight to Osaka station and Shin-Osaka to the North, Namba and Tennoji to the South. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

We stayed here for two nights and this hotel is amazing value-wise. Hotel is located almost next door to Kitahama metro station. The neighborhood itself is somewhat 'boring' compared to either Namba or Umeda area, which takes about 40 minutes to reach if one walks (perhaps, we did not venture out enough). It is rather close to Nakanoshima.
Room was clean and well-maintained. Bottled water was NOT provided, which I think can be bought from a vending machine. Other amenities were good with a hot pot and an air cleaner. There was a microwave on the floor outside the room. Staff was all very kind. We did not eat inside so cannot comment. Next time I will visit Osaka, I will definitely consider revisiting this place.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Best Plus Kitahama Fino. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

From the hotel to Kansai International Airport(KIX), we recommend you to use Limousine bus(1,550 Yen / Adult to KIX) from Umeda station if you have two large luggages. To Umeda from the hotel, you can pick up the taxi(aroun 2,000 Yen / 10~15 mins) or Metro.
