    Hi, what was the cost of the limosine ride, did the hotel organise it or just recomened for you to contact.
    Its the limonsine bus actually and the cost was reasonable, abot 7000 yen for two.

    Do you have any one day tours going from shinyokohama on bullet train to kyoto and back if so how much per person? We are on a cruise ship if we got off the ship early am and at your hotel by 7 am could we leave our luggage at your hotel then go on a one day tour then check in on our return from kyoto. thanks
    we are three people arriving in narita airport what is the best way to get to your hotel?
    Hi, we used the train from Narita (which is some distance from the airport) a free bus took us to the train terminal. The train stop is in the hotel complex
