The hotel offers a wonderful panoramic view of the port city of Yokohama, while the classic-modern design is based on the sister city of Vancouver, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated in the heart of Yokohama, close by are the gingko trees of Yamashita Park, while to the front you have a lovely view of the sea, allowing you to imagine explorers of days gone by setting sail across the vast oceans.

This was a bargain, we received a favourable rate from a good quality hotel offering all the little in-room extras. The hotel is close to the subway to Yokohama, and sits right on Yamashita Park and the foreshore. Chinatown is just a short walk away. The only negative was it had

We loved the location, and the view. We booked a room with a view, and it was on a smoking floor. The room was good, but friends staged in rooms on a non smoking floor, with a view out the back. There room was new, trendy, more functional and I'd choose that over a view room,

Hi, I am not sure we went by fast train. As we had a family of 5. It is quicker to go by train and far cheaper. Japanese people are really polite. So you don’t have many problems getting around.

Thank you for your inquiry. Laundry room is not in the hotel.A coin laundry is located about 5 minutes on foot in Chinatown. Thank you for your consideration.

I am assuming you are flying into Narita airport and not Haneda airport. The simplest way to get to Yokohama from Narita is to take the Airport Limousine Bus to Yokohama City Terminal (YCAT) and then take a taxi to the hotel. It is easy to find the ticket office at Narita after you go through customs. The bus ride is about 2 hours long. The taxi ride is only a few minutes. I don't know how far your cruise terminal is from the hotel. Try looking up the hotel on Google Maps and use that to figure out how far you would have to walk from there to get to the terminal. Have a great trip!
