Absolutamente Espectacular - Absolutely amazing

Beautiful hotel, Super comfy bed, super clean, fantastic pool, frriendly and professional staff, super quiet place that allows you to rest, abundant and tasty breakfast (Huevos a la mexicana!), great value for the cost. If ever in Cozumel again, I am certainly staying here again.

Superb place to stay in Cozumel

This is an outstanding place to stay. We stayed in the 2 double beds room (the elefantes suite) and it was truly enormous, the images on here do not do it justice. My son and his girlfriend had a double room, and it too, was very big, space wise. The rooms comes with all the mod cons including air con, tv, wifi, 24 hr hot shower, coffee making equipment that uses pods, (but not tea making, strangely enough), fridge etc. There is a free water machine at the end of the hall which provides hot and cold water for anyone that wants it. This allowed me to get hot water for my tea. The excellent restaurant staff will also provide you with tea bags, extra coffee pods or and milk for you. They do provide free daily bottled water in the rooms. There is a table and chairs in the room to sit down for food and a leather seat for relaxing. All of which fit in easily in the cavernous room. The rooms are sparkingly clean and are cleaned and restocked daily with towels, soaps, lotions etc. Bed linen is also changed daily. The two large double beds (queens, i think, but maybe kings) are very comfy Most importantly, the villa is quiet and there is no noise or loud music to disturb you, which is a huge plus in Cozumel. The location is a bit away from the noisy strip, maybe 10mins walk or a 2min taxi, but it's worth it for the peace and quiet of a good nights sleep. The room had a great view from the balcony onto the lovely pool area, which has loungers and seating surrounding it in a gorgeous garden. The pool area also has a bit for eating food at the back of it, between the pool and restaurant. The restaurant only offers a few dishes and they all cost $10, but they will come and go with you on what you want, no problem. The villa itself is tastefully done and is very impressive in it's decor and furnishings. The service was excellent and prompt in evey way possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They took us to Punta Sur Beach (best beach in Cozumel by a mile) for a fraction of what we were quoted outside on the strip and from phoning a good few operators. They also gave us a free run to the ferry terminal when we were leaving. Excellent place to stay, i highly recommend it.…

Magnífico!

Es una villa, como su nombre indica, con habitaciones propias de una villa: son enormes, super limpias y las camas, una pasada. La piscina perfectamente cuidada, igual que el jardín y todas las instalaciones. El precio es buenísimo para todo lo que ofrece. El desayuno se tarda un poco porque es personalizado pero esta muy rico. Siempre hay alguien vigilando la puerta, aunque hay que decir que la zona es segura. Está alejado del centro por lo que si vas con coche es perfecto, en 5 minutos estas en el centro. Nada malo que decir. La atención un poco extraña porque no es un hotel en si, no hay recepción. A veces te atiende el de seguridad, a veces hay un encargado que aparece y luego ya no está. El personal cambia mucho pero está bien porque indica que descansan. En general amables. Muy buena experiencia!…
