Our stay at the Albatros Suites in Cozumel was great! We were there for 10 days May 2023. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful with a nice view of the ocean. The little kitchen was very helpful and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was gorgeous and every single meal we had there was excellent-delicious and high quality. They always had lovely music playing in the background and I don't know who arranged the playlists but the music was great to set a nice relaxed mood. We're already planning our return and look very forward to it!

We stayed there for 3 nights and it was the best hotel in Yucatan so far. The suite was huge, the beds comfy, the garden with pool sooo beautyful and the location perfect to visit Cozumel. The staff was very helpful and nice. And on top: they had no plastic. Shampoo and soap was in glass bottles, the water as well and everything biologic. Compliments to all of you, you are doing it right!

The location across from the ocean made waking up and sitting on the balcony a treat! The food for breakfast every day (came with the room price/deal) was delicious. The staff makes the experience even better and were available to answer any of our questions about travel, currency exchange and appropriate rates for taxis. It is a newer property that has been well kept. The only downside for me was hearing the chairs and feet on my head late at night or before 8am from the restaurant above. That was a pain. But, I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is literally what it says on the label. The rooms are not normal rooms. They are suits. Huge suits. The location is perfect for sunsets and all the rooms have sea views. I did not find it as noisy as some of the reviews. But the best of all is the stuff. They really cannot do enough for you. Just being around these lovely people is therapeutic. It was my 50th birthday and I mentioned to one waiter on the fist of the 5 nights and they surprised be with the most delicious cake on my birthday. The reviews about the quality of the food are correct. Very good value for money. And the rooftop restaurant has an amazing sea breeze. I will certainly come back. Hasta pronto amigos !!!

Albatross suites was above and beyond our expectations. The service in the reception was great, using WhatsApp to easily communicate with us, they helped us book a scooter, snorkelling tour etc. The room itself was great too, clean and fresh with a large fridge that we used. The hotel also has a patio with a pool that was very nice and quiet. Best part was however the restaurant. The food was amazing and is so far the best we’ve had in Mexico. The breakfast was included and there was multiple choices so you don’t get bored if you stay for a few days. On the downside, only thing is probably the location, it’s a bit outside central Cozumel which is good if you don’t want to see tourists from the ferries everywhere, and there are cheap taxis driving by the hotel all the time so no issues if you want to explore the town. Our balcony was in front of a road that had some heavy traffic so wasn’t super quiet during the nights but honestly nothing that should scare you. To sum, great hotel, excellent value, restaurant absolutely top of the line.…

I cant say enough about this place. The grounds/pool area is great. My room was great including the perfect view. Others mentioned the noise from the street, but I didnt hear any of that. Plus, they leave you earplugs just in case. The rooftop bar is perfect to watch the sunset, and the food and drinks were delicious. I literally cant say enough about this place. The kicker was the customer service. My passport was stolen shortly before I arrived. They were so helpful with assisting me with making phone calls and printing the paperwork I needed before I head back to the consulate. Something like that can ruin a vacation, but not after staying here. They took a stressful situation and made me go back to vacation mode. I can't wait to return!

I stayed for one night at this hotel, for its close proximity to a dive shop. The team are all friendly and it's welcoming, clean and good value. The plus points: Possibly the best food I've eaten in Mexico so far - the chef is fantastic! Ceviche is off the charts good and so are the cocktails. Friending restaurant staff. Pretty garden, with hammocks and water feature and terrace - nice to chill out. I would recommend staying on the first floor, as you get a bit of noise on the ceiling on the second floor from the restaurant. There is some traffic noise as the hotel is on the main drag - so bring your ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Shop next door to buy snacks etc. Good Wi-Fi. Room for improvement: Rooms are clean, beds are firm. (Which I don't mind) Shower could be a bit better/ stronger. The rooms would benefit from better lighting - they are a little bit gloomy. My safe wasn't secured to the wall - Small points but if you were staying more then one night this would bother me if I wanted to leave valuables. Complimentary breakfast didn't come with everything listed on the menu. I had pancakes, but thought that it would also come with fruit, juice, yogurt per the menu. Beach across the road isn't best suited to sun bathing (which I wasn't there for so not a problem) Overall, good for a short stay and really lovely team and cute little spot!! Thanks 🙏🏻…

This is a very comfortable hotel. The hotel itself is wonderful and the pictures represent well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant upstairs is fabulous as the reviews state. I would have given it a 5 but the downside is that there is truly some noise from the road which is unpreventable. The beach across the street isn’t much of a beach. Overall , very glad we stayed here and very reasonable price!
