I have not physically stayed in the hotel yet, but I’ve made one online through Expedia. The hotel has a 4-stars rating with pool and all. A day later, I got a message from the hotel the the pool and sauna access needs 2 days prior reservation in order to be enjoyed. I’ve called the hotel and said this was not acceptable and I would like to cancel. The reservationists, Carrie, tells me it’s not possible and they every hotel have their own policies. I explained I’m only there for 3 days with kids and 2 days just don’t make any sense. She was very persistent and was very rude to say nothing can be done. I called at 5pm and after getting such bad attitude I’ve asked to speak to the manager or have someone call me back and she said there is no manager (it must have been 5:20pm at the time). She then just hung up on me. I called back and they said reservation was closed. It’s 6 weeks before the travel dates and they seem to be so hungry to lose my reservation....this is a bell to tell you how bad the hotel must be. I’ve been a Front Office Manager for an international chain hotel and have worked in Asia and US, this is totally unheard of. With this response and attitude, I can’t bear to even think of stepping into such a place. I’ve been to Taiwan over 20 times and have stayed in economical and luxury hotel, none have been like this. BEWARE!!!!😡😡😡😡😡…
Best toilet I've ever seen. Yes Toilet! Breakfast was cold eggs, hash browns, potatoes, all cold. Taiwanese Breakfast option looked good. Aside from that the hotel in very nice and seemingly empty. I live close by and booked this place on agoda just to use the pool. When i checked in on July 13th it was 35 degrees on a Saturday and the pool was closed?! I spoke to the front desk ladies who told me that on their website the pool was listed as closed. (Saturday July 13th prime time summer closed?) I kept calm and informed the ladies that I wanted a refund or the pool to be open as agoda listed this property with an open pool. After 5 minutes they opened the pool and two other families benefited from the pool being open as well. Well played staff members at the desk for opening the pool or this would have gotten a 1 star review cause I would have never seen the nice room and toilet.…
Staying here 4 nights. Hotel locates in a quiet corner, walking distance to mall and train station. The room is large, clean with big bath. The service is nice. Lobby is small and breakfast has limited choices. Not having chance to use swimming pool as it was reserved for event during my stay. Overall I like this quiet place and would recommend here.
The rooms are big and clean. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is big. Both bath and shower are available and are side-by-side. The only problem was the shower head holder was loose and I couldn't aim the water easily. That was actually quite frustrating during the morning rush. The front desk was helpful and fast. Both check in and check out were very smooth. Saturday morning breakfast was not plentiful. I felt they they were just opening half of the normal buffet. I had only 10 minutes so I quickly grab whatever is available, ate quickly and left the hotel.
There is a very big suite including four individual rooms with own shower room and a big dining room. Very good for gathering, big family and bachelor parties hahahhah Great and crazy night we had. Enjoyable!
