Beautiful hotel, very clean and superb service. Our stay here is memorable every time. This is the second stay at this property. Staff service is beyond our expectations. Comfortable bed put us to sleep very well. We have dined at PINE beach bar. Food is fresh and taste good. atmosphere is very relax. We enjoy some fire show during the weekend at the beach and it was fun to watch.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and incredible service. Everyone was so warm and kind. The breakfast was amazing!! There are several swimming pools to choose from. The hotel's beach was a little disappointing since it wasn't very clean, but the rest was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience and whole facility is just beautiful and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the PINE beach bar and staff they were excellent. You could tell they all really enjoyed their positions and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Their service was above par! A truly well led crew! The Pinto restaurant team was also excellent. The breakfast was really special everything was exceptional and so tasty! Our room was a pool access room that was just perfect! Thanks again to all the great people at this resort!

This is our first holiday since 2019, and the InterContinental Phuket Resort did not disappoint. This is a beautiful upscale property. As a IHG Ambassador, we were upgraded to a Pool Villa which was wonderful. The SPA was excellent and the Club is a wonderful place to enjoy our meals and to relax with a cocktail in the evening. What really impresses us is the fantastic staff who took care of everything. We had the most attentive butler, the best that we had experienced. Everyone in the Resort were welcoming, helpful and friendly, and this made us feel that we are in heaven on earth! Standard of food in the resort is satisfactory but not "wow". Food choices were limited and perhaps this has to do with the fact that Phuket is still emerging from Covid. We hope the Intercontinental will expand its food choices, especially its room service menu. But this is not a blip. There are many restaurants in Phuket that are easily reached (within 15 mins) by hailing a ride on one of the apps such as Grab Overall, this is a wonderful stay, and we didn't want to leave. We will be back.…

Pricier than most places in Phuket, but the experience is worth it all! The facilities are fantastic, staff is friendly, quality is great. Will be coming back here as often as we are at Phuket. Seems like a brand new facility too.

On the way to airport after checking out from this wonderful hotel, and wanted to immediately share the amazing experience I had whilst it is still fresh in my head.. everything was simply perfect.. the massages at the spa was one of the best I ever had (and I’ve had a few in this lifetime. Khun Ann has magic hands ).. room service food was delicious… the bed was super comfortable with an assortment of pillows including memory foam pillows , the shower and bathtub facilities are first class.. all the staff had smiles on their faces and look genuinely happy to be working there.. Nuch the butler was so patient and accommodating, helping us to book various events like Muay Thai fights and answering all the questions I had .. we stayed in a two bedroom pool villa… the only drawback is that the rooms are on two separate floors.. it would have been more convenient if they were on the same level but otherwise everything else exceeded my expectations..housekeeping was super efficient and did a really good job cleaning the rooms. will 100% return again .. whilst we only stayed for 5 days, however I feel completely rested and rejuvenated after my stay at Intercontinental Phuket.. thank you !…

We had a great room at the beach with an amazing view! The rooms were always very clean. The kids play area was the best I have experienced- and the ladies working there were amazing! So creative, friendly , fun and great persons! Especially a big thanks to Aun❤️ My kids loved her! The guys at the beach and around the pool were very helpful. The only thing I can point out was the 90 % of the staff at the breakfast at the lounge( not downstairs). It was always a misunderstanding, wrong breakfast order, coffee that never came,every morning we had to go to them standing there and ask for the missing item or order more to drink. My husband did have breakfast downstairs a couple of times and could say that this was not an issue downstairs at the breakfast area.
