The villas are absolutely amazing and private with every villa surrounded by about 3 meter high walls decorated by a variety of trees and plants. Service during our time there was excellent as everything we needed was ordered through their own phone application that you also use to check-in and out. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere when in the villa, but a short 5-minute motorbike ride and we had our feet buried in the sand of Kamala beach. Absolutely worth it, and will be back asap.

We were 15 of us with 2 villas. The pool and spacious Villa was the best. A secured place where one could leave kids and go out. Quick access to bike rental and 7/11 was great. The areas to be improved are primarily on services such as billing (adding unnecessary charges), delay in adding extra beds for kids, delayed responses to in-room dining requests. I guess the app ways of managing and servicing guests isn’t all that great. Improving service will make this place even great!

We are delighted that so many aspects of your stay contributed positively to your time with us. Regarding your remark concerning charges and extra beds, we do apologize if our Team had to follow our occupancy regulations. Your booking included 2x three bedrooms villas with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons per villa (for a total of 12 persons). As per our booking conditions, extra persons with extra beds are charged THB1500/night; in your case, they were 3 extra persons to be charged. Our Reservation Team contacted you, some time before your arrival, to make sure you were aware of these conditions; you accepted the charge by email, but, unfortunately, later refused to settle it upon check-in. The resort kindly accepted to let all extra persons stay at no fee without extra bedding setup; what you accepted. Some days later, you finally decided to get extra beds and accepted to pay for the extra fee. The extra beds were then set within the hour following your decision. We are, indeed, operating an in-villa dining concept with various dishes from the thai and international cuisines, and, with propositions to follow different types of diets. At the moment, we are covering the timetable from an early morning breakfast until a late dinner; we may consider extending it when the demand arises. Our TVs have now around 150 thai/international channels, are equipped with smart functions (Youtube and other apps) and offer complimentary access to Netflix. What I like about the Bell was it was in the cut from all the hectic Phuket tourist places. The villas were big. Had few co workers that also grabbed villas there so we had dope get togethers before heading into town. The staff were very accommodating. Picked us up, drop us off and all with decent price. Breakfast was good, it was free so why not. 24 hour service. Hella chill. Wasnt far from Patong. There was bars along Kamala so you can relax without the bustling of Bangla road. I would prolly stay there again just cause I like the quietness and relaxation of the vibe... Visited November 2018
