Port Barton is 💖.... clear blue skies, abundant marine life, white sand and crystal clear water. What more can i ask for! And did i mention the food??!! We stayed at Sunset Colors last Dec 19 to 21 and it's really what I expected it to be. It's away from all the noise and crowd. Laid back rustic setting, serene ambiance, big rooms, good food and excellent service from all the staff from Sir Randy to Kuya Junior ,our server on our first night. He's worth commending, very professional to all guest 👌You need to ride a boat though to get to and from the main shore of Port Barton where all the action is. It didn't bother us coz they provide the boat for us. Will definitely stay here again 😍🌴👏💯
We arrived to Port Barton to hear that the free schedule boat to the hotel is cancelled and that is the last boat this day, we then contact the manager to help us and he didn't care at all so we had to take another boat the cost us 2000 prsod. The manager should at least offer to pay for the boat but when we ask he told us that the boat service is not include. We decided to stay the night even though the manage was really bad person and because we already paid. The room was full of bugs and lots of mosquitoes. The sheet was dirty We had a bat over our head all night Electricity works olny 6 hour a day so they so they can only cook at that time which is sucks because there isn't any other restaurants around. We couldn't bare staying another night so we spoke with the manager…
Enjoy both traditional and western food at Sunset Colors. Meals are served by a friendly team. Ready to greet you with a polite smile. Food quality is okay considering the location to transport supplies from town. We had a lovely meal at reasonable price.
This place stole our hearts. The accomodation was perfect for the 2 of us. They organise daytours at a reasonable price and you can use the kayak whenever available. We walked to the waterfalks and on our way back we found a beach just for the two of us. It felt like heaven on earth. The pancakes for breakfast were great, as were the orher choices. Lunch an dinner was great too! When going back to the Phillipines, I surely visit Sunset Colors again!
- great place, clean but low level rooms - just three hours electricity ( therefore no air con) - just 3 x boat shuttle ( no information about schedule has been given) - food ok, but overpriced If you are a backpacker who is searching for a quiet place, without high standards, it’s a good place
