The spacious modern rooms were beautifully designed and swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

The hotel's surroundings were incredibly peaceful and quiet, offering a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The wide area was perfect for taking in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

The service from the staff is outstanding. From arrival up to check-out, their warmth and hospitality was above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the stay was perfect.

Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, this hotel has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable.

I totally recommend this place which is spacious, clean and quiet and has amenities at a very reasonable price. It does not have its own restaurant but there are many places to eat nearby or they can order from one of their partner restaurants and have it delivered to the hotel. (There is a pension house at the end of the street which serves a very good and cheap breakfast.) It is not beachfront property but the beach is only a 5-minute walk away. The only downside is that the street leading to the suites is not cemented and can be really muddy to walk on after a downpour.

Great hotel. Everything works perfectly
The suites are very comfortable, with a lot of space. All you need is there.
Perfect to spend 4 days minimum.
It’s close to the center of the village where you will find a lot of restaurants, shops, etc.
the beach is 10 minutes walking.
To get Port Barton you need 2,5h from Puerto Princesa. The road is in a very bad conditions.

Dear Fran D, First of all, we would like to thank you for your comment made on the Tripadvisor platform about the Royal Suites Port Barton hotel. We are pleased that you have had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel and that you have had everything you needed at all times. The hotel, as it says, is very close to the center where businesses and restaurants are located and to the beach, specifically it is 500 meters from the center and 450 meters from the nearest beach. This allows you to have everything at hand in the blink of an eye and at the same time allows you to have a quiet rest at night, which is more complicated in the center. We hope to have you again in the hotel. Kind regards, Jordi Julià Owner.

The staff were really lovely and helpful, it was lovely and quiet we felt like we were the only ones there. It was a slice of luxury and peace away from the main roads.

The air con was a little temperamental but easily fixed by turning it off and on again. You have to request a room clean this is not automatically done to help with the environment.

A modern hotel, very clean, with a beautiful swimming pool
We had a very nice double room, but unfortunately the service is not up to par, given the high price per night
Notably :
- there was no free small bottle of water in the room when we arrived as is customary in all other hotels
So we bought bottled water and had to wait until the next evening to get a bottle of water in the room.
-There is a well-stocked minibar, with tea, coffee, herbal teas, but again everything costs money and there was no kettle, we were told that they were reserved for the villas
- breakfast. To order the day before
served on our terrace with certainly different choices possible,
We chose crepes and banana pancakes.
Served On a simple plate, barely warm because it was not made on site. No accompaniment, no fruit, no fruit juice, just plain water.
And hot water, just to make a cup of tea or coffee
If you wanted another dish you had to pay 320 pesos.
So, a hotel that aims to be high-end for its price range, but ultimately, corresponds more to a price around €65

New and very nice hotel with spacious rooms in the central area. Equipped with swimming pool and jacuzzi tub.
The staff welcomed us kindly.
The only flaw of the structure is the owner, a very arrogant Spanish boy: I'll tell you about my misadventure. I shared the apartment with a friend of mine, I had the room upstairs and she had the ground floor of the apartment, in the evening she closed the door of the room (not with the key) and was no longer able to open it because the lock from the inside was faulty, I went down to open it. In the morning we reported that the door lock was faulty and we went out. I'll start by saying that upon arrival we opened the water tap and it was broken so the handyman arrived immediately and repaired it. However, when we returned to the house we found the lock as if someone had uprooted it from the wall and we were blamed for having caused that damage, obviously it wasn't us. Upon departure they asked us to pay for the lock with an additional cost of almost €100. Now having paid around €350 for 3 nights I would say that the price of the lock and the behavior of the owner were excessively inadequate. We were threatened that if we didn't pay the almost €100 for the lock he would call the police and in any case he would get compensation from the staff. Now, since my friend and I are 2 hoteliers, I would like to give some advice to the owner: we should take an intensive Hospitality Management course!
Good luck.

Very new and very comfortable hotel. Very nice rooms including duplexes. Beautiful terraces and very pleasant swimming pool.
Breakfast to order the day before taken on the terrace.
Very helpful staff.
Close to the village and the beach
Just a little surprising detail: there is a charge for tea and coffee bags in the room!

Port Barton is a small and cozy town. We had a wonderful stay in a Duplex room with our two almost adult children. The room was spacious, bright and had a nice terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My son celebrated his birthday there and they helped buy a beautiful cake.
